Great work at a great price. I would definitely use them again.

They repaired the sewer line, added a pressure regulator, and added a main line cut-off on a house we recently purchased.

The work was done within the time frame quoted, at the price they quoted.

I noticed that the new hose faucet they installed had a small drip, they were out the next day to fix it.

I had to contact Heflin & Son due to a bathroom toilet obstruction issue in our guest bedroom which caused a backup of fluid also into the tub and sink (this home has poor plumbing on the 3rd floor). I left a VM (late morning) and thought ok I probably won't hear back from them. I was wrong, I got a call back from Todd within a few minutes and a plumber was out within the hour. He tried to resolve all he could by himself, but then had to go back to bring a 2nd service man to assist up on the roof to snake the pipes form above and dislodge the obstruction from the toilet plumbing. Thankfully they avoided having to remove the toilet to get to the issue and nothing got broke (toilet or sink). They ended up snaking all 3 areas (toilet, tub and sink) and resolved everything. They were professional, prompt with their work and cleaned up the area. The pricing was reasonable for the time and labor for the 2 men involved. Afterwards the toilet flushed better than before the incident so I was also thankful for that. I would recommend them for their responsiveness/speed to action, being on time, professionalism, caring nature and fair/competitive pricing. They invoiced me and it too was very professional in the details listed. Overall very impressed and I will not hesitate to use them again.

If you are looking for shoddy work, ridiculous pricing and poor customer service - THEN I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Heflin & Son plumbing!

WITH THEM, you get just the opposite. I was in need of a plumber as I was not happy with two of my previous ones. I asked about a half a dozen people in Westchester - and the first name that always came up was Heflin & Son, and always with a happy look on their face when they suggested to use them.

Well, it ended up that I had a huge issue in my little five unit apartment building. And had to replace almost all of the plumbing.

Of course my issue started on a Saturday when you're going to be paying the highest rates for the weekend. But I had no choice. Water was gushing out of my garage.

When I called Heflin & Son and left a message with my dilemma, within minutes Todd called me back. We made arrangements for him to send a crew. I was so desperate I didn't even ask him the cost. The next thing I knew pipes for breaking all over the place, and Todd kept Fixing them.

What impressed me the most about Todd and his crew, was that I happened to walk in on his crew going over a game plan on how to resolve a particular issue. And what I heard him tell his subordinate will forever stick in my mind regarding this plumbing company.

I overheard him say - we have to accomplish this challenge as reasonable as we possibly can for the owner and yet still do it right. You would expect one to hear the opposite - let's get what we can from these guys. Not so with Todd and his company.

When I finally received the final bill for everything I was very pleased with what I was charged for everything. honest billing is what you get with this company.

I will forever be grateful to Heflin & Son Plumbing, and especially to Todd. They are more than just plumbers. They are professional, ethical, a real pleasure to work with, absolutely do quality work and are very reasonable for what they do.

The best thing I got out of this deal was peace of mind. When you trust somebody, it can take a lot of anxiety off your mind. And that's what Todd did for me.

I personally feel to give this particular company a five star rating is an insult. My rating would be 500+ plus,plus etc.

I've become a huge fan of Heflin and Son Plumbing and Heating since I had to have a new water heater and garbage disposal installed. The owner/manager (Todd) is fantastic.

I was directly referred to him from a list by a client who has been working with him for years (in this and previous condo complexes).

Initially, when researching for a plumber, I had a mile long list and didn't see his company. So I called two other places with mixed Yelp reviews. I am a very new home owner and was really nervous because I am on the third floor and had no clue what this involved. The first place I called was rough around the edges, but nice when I stated where I lived (condo complex). His offer was low, but hiked up once the garbage disposal was added. The second plumber I contacted was fantastic and super kind -- but extremely expensive. I then contacted as many places as I could to get estimates, including checking with friends. Everything was over my budget. So I held off for a year longer than I should have (since the water heater still worked fine).

Then I called Heflin and Son Plumbing and Heating. The owner/manager (Todd), picked up the phone immediately and scheduled the visit for the next week (I could have had it done the next day, but was still too tentative). Todd reassured me -- as did the plumber sent out, who was tremendous. The price was less than ALL the plumbers I had contacted. The job was completed in no time. I didn't even have to clean under the sink (the plumber pulled things out and replaced them in order, once the installation was completed and shown to me). Once it was over -- it was a huge monkey off my back, and a massive relief to know I have a fantastic plumber so nearby -- for everything and anything that goes wrong. A plumber I can count on!

I now have two wonderful working appliances -- and probably an increase in the value of my condo! Heflin and Son Plumbing and Heating -- you are the best!

Absolutely amazing. Our floor heater needed serious work and we had a couple of places tell us it would cost over $4,000 and take several weeks to fix. These guys came out the same day to check it, fixed it the next day for only $1150. Everyone was nice and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Used this company for the first time. We needed our gas line to the house replaced. Todd and the crew was very friendly. They did the job for the price that I was quoted. The job was done quickly and they did a great job making sure they cleaned up the area after they were done. I would use these guys again anytime.

Like many of the quality vendors I use I was introduced to this company by a client of mine that owns an investment property in Westchester area of Los Angeles. Have been very happy with the service. Always answers the call or returns messages within a short time. Are always there when they say they're going to be. Does just the job that's needed. Doesn't try to nickel and dime other things into the job when not needed. Has even setup payment plans for clients that had a big job come up out of the blue and didn't have the full amount up front. I'd recommend them.

Unusually good service, that's what I'd say about these guys. I phoned them based on a referral from a neighbor for a drain backup on a late Saturday afternoon. The owner/manager (Todd) answered right away and quickly diagnosed the situation. He asked if he could call me back after speaking with his on-call plumber Carlos, which he promptly did. Short end to the story: less than 2 hours later, the issue was resolved and Carlos had packed it in and cleaned up. I cannot say enough about how prompt, courteous and respectful these guys are and would recommend them hands down.
