I needed a water line moved, and when they went under the house, they found the sewer line was cracking 94 years old !! They replaced the line everything was done yard cleaned up all done in 3hours.So much work they had to dig along the front steps and tons of dirt had to be moved.Amazing job Highly recommend Dave the foreman and his crew these guys Reasonably priced as well

Spectacularly uninterested in your time and needs.
My experience with Todd, who was recommended by someone he did a lot of work for:
We spoke by phone and he made a two hour window to come the next day and look over my situation.
He didn't show.
When I texted, he wrote back, ""Who is this?""
He then followed that with, ""Oh, yeah. Sorry. I have the appt in my phone, but didn't write it in my book. I can call you next week to reschedule""
He didn't call.
I texted again. He said his guys could be there in an hour.
When I asked if this would be to look and bid, or to do the work, he wrote back, ""Never mind. It doesn't sound like something we'd want to get involved with anyway.""
Meaning, the job he'd heard described the week before, and said then he'd be happy to do.
I can't imagine why anyone would want to waste their time this way.

Called Heflin & Son when our water heater was not heating. Todd came out promptly and diagnosed the problem. He ordered a part that needed to be replaced, and his repairman John came out later and installed the part, which fixed the problem. I was very pleased with the cost which was less than I expected.

These guys saved me on Christmas weekend (because pipes know the best times to clog, right?) I spent the entire afternoon calling every plumber on Yelp, no one was available, and fortunately I got to Helfin and they answered and were able to get someone out within a couple of hours. They didn't even charge a holiday or same-day rate. It was a rental property so I wasn't there myself, but they stayed in touch via text the whole time leading up to their arrival and also while they were there with their findings. The main line had clogged and caused a toilet to overflow into my tenant's garage, and they fixed it with no problem. Communication about me getting the invoice and paying was also easy the following week after the holiday. They literally saved me when no other plumber could. Or, well I guess more specifically saved my garage!

We have used Heflen Plumbing for years now for many small jobs, but this holiday season we had a major problem and we called Todd for help. Within hours he had his whole crew at our house and did not leave until all the repairs where done.

Not only where they there all day and night, but they were able to salvage the system with their high technology saving us 1000's in repairs as well as cutting and digging up 2 rooms in the house.

There crew with Carlos are very talented, clean and nice, I highly recomend Heflen Plumbing to anyone who needs work done from small to large jobs!

Todd has no accountability for mishandled repairs. Used their services a while back and thought they did a good job. Unfortunately we discovered that we still had the same issue. We were promised a 10 year warranty on parts and labor, however when we called back Todd and his team said we would be charged $450 just to come take a look at the problem. Their customer service needs much work, they do not honor warranties on work, and there is an overall lack of professionalism with this company. This review is only the first step, complaints with their licensing board will be initiated as well.

My kitchen sink had the mother of all clogs. Other plumber failed to unclog it and said, he might have to open up ceiling in garage. Or I might need to find someone with a high water pressure rig, but this could damage my drain pipes. So i called Heflin, and he sent out a competent guy and cleared it, no complications.

Todd and his team are the only folks I will call when I have an issue with my units. He is fast, reliable, and always does a good job. I've even asked for referrals to other contractor/repair specialists and he's given me reliable contacts. These folks are trustworthy and worth your time and money.

I had Heflin & Son reline a main pipe from my house out to the street. They did a very professional job and the price was about what others were asking. I would use them again.
