We've used this company a couple of times due to them being contracted with a warranty we have. I have not been impressed with them at all. They misdiagnosed a problem and ended up rerouting our water main when that was not the issue. When we called to let them know the problem still persisted, they just told us to wait and see if it would eventually clear up.

Later we got them to come out again, and the estimator was exceptionally rude. He cut me off every time I tried to explain the problem. He told us we just needed a snake, even though I told him we've had that done many times and the problem must be bigger. I told him we needed to get the situation resolved, regardless if it was covered under warranty or not. He just said it would be a lot of work and wouldn't give us any options other than a basic snake. He said they would be in touch with us to set it up. No one called until much later when reception contacted us wondering what ended up happening. I guess the estimator never told them.

We contacted Korrect plumbing instead and they have been great. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They gave us our options and got to work as soon as they could. Once they got into the floor, we ended up discovering even bigger problems than we first thought. They were able to adapt and develop solutions. They never complained about anything being too much work!

Stopped by the shop on Tuesday to make an appointment for friday. They said 3 to 4 of their guys were available Friday morning. Made appointment for first thing friday. They called Thursday afternoon to ask if I would be willing to move my appointment to friday afternoon. I agreed. Friday at 330 they called and said they would not be coming to my house. Obviously this company cares very little for the home owner.

I have used this company for years for just the normal 'water leak' here and there (even on a Sunday night a few years back when I had water dripping from a light fixture), Until now ... now I remodeled a kitchen and needed them to install the sink and dishwasher ... 3 days before Christmas!! I could not have been more impressed. 'Jacob' went above and beyond any expectations even waiting on the electrician to return so they could work together, ensuring I would have a dishwasher before the holiday weekend. He stayed calm and confident and personally I say he worked magic, correcting problems created by other establishments and never once made me feel like the job wasn't going to be done and most importantly DONE RIGHT. Thank you Jacob and Heeter Plumbing, it's nothing short of a Christmas miracle!!

Terrible service. Hot water heater replacement. $1100
1. drains (emergency valve and pan) not installed properly
a. EV not aimed at floor drain
b. pan drain needed 1 inch pipe but instead he shoved my old 1/2 inch pipe back in
2. called manager to complain
a. manager didn't believe me... sent out a guy with some glue
3. manager wanted me to allow original plumber to repair ""on his own time"" aka after 5 or on weekend further inconveniencing me....I insisted they come ASAP... they showed up 4hrs later
4. asked for some money back seeing as i spent ~700$ on expert installation that was NOT acceptable and would have eventually resulted in water damage to my house had I (no plumbing expertise) not checked the work of THE MASTER PLUMBER.
5. was told they did make it right in the end (a week later with 2 extra visits ALL BECAUSE I CHECKED THEIR WORK).... and they had a long talk with the original plumber. no money back.

I'm thankful that I double checked their work and it got corrected in the end but I shouldn't have had to. Had this same thing happened to my mother or wife who know even less about plumbing it wouldn't have been fixed and in 6-10 years when the hot water heater again went bad they would've had water damage to their basement with no idea that the plumber was at fault.

Terrible experience: they damaged my antique bathtub and were unwilling to fix it in an acceptable manner( the offer of porcelain handles replaced for cheap ones) Was treated to perfect definition of mansplanning by one of their staff. Would never recommend them. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience . Avoid at all costs
