I contacted Hedrick and Young plumbing for a bathroom faucet installation. They were available for estimate that same day which was awesome! They arrived 20 minutes after the call. The plumber Santos was very friendly,knowledgeable and professional. The estimate was reasonable and decided to have him install it. The installation was beautifully done! He also made sure everything was leveled correctly to my liking before he left. Thank You Santos!!! I would highly recommend them!

Horrible, dishonest plumber!!
I called because our hot water heater was leaking. The technician came out and supposedly fixed it for a couple hundred dollars. A few months later it started leaking again so I called them back and they told me that repairs are only warranted for 90 days. Ok I guess, if that's there policy, so I had them come out again. This time it was a different technician and he told me that I needed a whole new hot water heater and it was going to be $1800! He seemed young and kind of like he didn't know what he was doing so I called a plumber from a different company to come out. This plumber told me that it wasn't fixed correctly the first time and was a very easy fix. He fixed it for $150!
It is now several months later and nothing has leaked (very thankful I didn't spend $1800 on a new hot water heater) definitely seems like they were scamming me!!
Then today, I was talking to a friend of mine whose son is trying to become a plumber and he told me that he used to work for Hedrick & Young and they are very shady. Apparently, one does not need to be a licensed plumber to work there! The owner frequently employs young trainees that can work under his plumbing license! Additionally, they work on commission so the more they charge the more they make, so they will frequently overcharge and scam customers!
My entire experience now makes total sense. Do not use them, they are not experienced and not honest!!

Our water heater failed on Sunday afternoon, July 3, and after calling at least
5 plumbing companies, Hedrick & Young was the only one who could get to us same day. Joshua was sent to handle our job and he was prompt and professional. Thank you for handling so quickly.

I needed emergency plumbing services today and Hendrick & Young responded quickly and professionally. This was my first time using their service which was excellent. I had a leak underneath my kitchen sink caused by a faulty faucet. They were able to replace the faucet repairing the leak. What a relief. I would use them again and recommend them to family and friends. Five Stars!!!!

I contacted a few plumbers for advice regarding a gas line issue. A few who I called did not answer the telephone, and a couple were not very enthusiastic about providing advice.

I then contacted Hedrick & Young Plumbing and spoke to a gentleman, who I believe was the owner. After explaining the concern, the gentleman took the time to break down potential issues associated with the gas line. Although I did not need to hire him to complete any work at this time, I appreciated the assistance.

Since my regular plumber has moved out of state, I will certainly consider calling this folks for my plumbing future repair needs. Thanks again Hedrick & Young Plumbing.

They repaired my Uncles Refrigerator the other day and did an excellent job. He came and explain what was wrong with it what parts he needed to get and came back the next day to finished it. No up front costs to get the parts and now my Uncle has a refrigerator that works again.
