Had an issue with a water heater. We bought our home 2 months ago and was inspected and everything was up to code. This company comes in and tells me our installation was not up to code. Wouldn't even try a repair just new installation. He charged ne $100 and did nothing for me. This company is a joke. Would never recommend them to anyone

I'm appalled at the """"service"""" we received from Hedder Plumbing. We were set up with them through our warranty from Rheem. I wish we had looked at the reviews before we agreed to have this man in our house. Almost exactly like all the other reviews state: he was rude, unprofessional, said everything had been installed illegally, assumed the plumbers didn't do X,Y,Z therefore he wouldn't do anything. He said we're lucky he didn't charge us, even though I'm not sure what he would have charged us for. He did nothing, he even made my 75 year old dad go turn the water on and off. A plumber couldn't even do that? He has also sent my dad a horrible text since because of our review and called/left a voicemail, which my dad won't even listen to because of how rude this man was. Please do yourself a favor and go with another company. Believe the bad reviews on here. Look at the responses the company gives, especially to the bad reviews on Google. He tells the same story every time and then resorts to name calling all the customers. Terrible customer service. We will be contacting Rheem regarding this and hopefully will get someone more professional and helpful .

Negative stars is more appropriate for this A$$hole. Late, rude, and doesn't know plumbing. Took a day off work to deal with this useless waste of time. Do yourself a favor and hire anyone else, or do the work yourself. You are guaranteed to regret using him. Should have read the reviews myself beforehand, so that's on me.

This company was sent to us by Rheem because we have labor insurance. We had been without a water heater for several days by the time of the scheduled service call. Firstly, the guy, George was super rude. That much attitude doesn't belong stuffed into any one person. He was just supposed to come out and swap our broken water heater for a new one. We just wanted the same one that we had. He said we had to replace one pipe to be in code but also advised a bunch of other upgrades he wanted us to pay for. We said we didn't want any upgrades and were only willing to replace the one part that would bring the installation up to code. At this point he refused to perform our service. It was a total waste of our time and he was completely unprofessional and beyond rude from the second he stepped into our home. We had to call Rheem again and have them reach out to a different plumbing company and we have to start this whole thing all over again.

Purchased a brand new water heater from Rheem. Within a day water was leaking from a factory installed rod. I was notified by Rheem that a plumbing service would call me. Irving the owner called to set up an appointment. He spoke to me in a very condescending manner. His seemed bothered by the service call. I let him know that was not a way to speak to a potential customer and quickly decided I didn't feel comfortable working on my home.

This is the second time that Hedden Plumbing has come to my home to fix my well. The first time he was totally awesome, nice, and gave me the cost of the fix up front. The second time (on a different part of the well) was the exact same! Same day service on something that I thought would take at least a few days. Mr. Hedden is very courteous, appreciates his customers, and is great about explaining what he's doing and what it'll cost. I recommend this company to anyone that asks for a plumber!

This guy is a freaking joke. Rude. Arrogant and straight up jack wagon. Rheem warranty rep. Complete BS. Appears he is the only one in the state that knows how to properly install a water heater. Had to blame faulty installation for a faulty moisture wick. Problem was resolved by just buying a new wick.

Rushed to get off of the project. Only completed one of two projects. Changed his mind about changing a faucet because he had somewhere else to be. Charged me $50.00 more than the quote.

Let me count the ways they are terrible #1 Rude. Not kinda rude... So rude right out of the gate. I'm in sales and this rude was on a whole other level. Short unwilling to answer questions. It's almost impressive. #2 Unprofessional. Are you aware that you are in the customer service business? I thought to myself a few times """"Am I being punk'd"""" #3 Not trustworthy. I had to choose my questions carefully as they were attempting to force a $500 upsell and wouldn't do the job without it. I repeatedly asked if the basic service was up to code and he said yes but still refused to do it without the upsell. I agreed to everything that was code-related. Avoid at all cost and George (if he gave me his real name) should work on a team so he doesn't need to deal directly with customers.

Irvin Hedden was hired to replace the valve in a toilet, which he did for $175.00. The toilet made a loud noise when it was refilling and the flapper was not opening enough for a full flush. Hedden told me to decrease the water flow from the main valve and the gurgling would go away. That didn't work. I called him with my complaint of very loud water refill and he told me I was the first customer in 30 years to complain about it and to call the manufacturer of the valve, Fluidmaster. I got Fluidmaster tech support on the phone and they diagnosed the problems in two minutes. According to Fluidmaster, Hedden did not assemble all the parts that came with the kit. He didn't install the roller/fill clamp (which is included in all Fluidmaster valve kits) to reduce the fill noise. Also, Fluidmaster said the flapper was too taut to allow for a full flush and had me loosen the chain a few links. In the meantime, Hedden is trying to tell me I have a sewer blockage that has magically appeared (more money for another job). Thankfully, Fluidmaster is sending me the part Hedden didn't install, or even acknowledge, and apologized for his shoddy work.
