Called early in the day to see if I can have someone come to my house & give me an estimate and check out my leak . Spoke to the receptionist Amanda & she was awesome few hours later she had Erick come over to my house check out the problem & fix my leak all in 1hour of time & clean after them selves . I would highly recommend them if your in Bakersfield

Our bathtub faucet had a leak. They asked for pictures up front and were able to diagnose the problem over the phone. A technician came out the same day and fixed it ! I'd definitely use them again.

I would definitely recommend, Hector's Plumbing! Every one of his plumbers are very nice and knowledgeable. Hector came to my home to do estimate and did follow up to make so everything was going well with installation. I got a whole home plumbing, my old plumbing was galvanized. Price was very reasonable his installer also clean up any mess everyday before they left. Office manager Megan very nice. If I ever need a plumber again I will call Hector's plumbing.

We just had your serviceman ? over to unstop our kitchen sink sewer line. He also had to reset the disposal and some other minor repairs. He was most efficient, quick and very knolwledgeable. We called Hector's because your Company was the people who did the plumbing remodel for our daughter on Tam-o-shanter Dr. and did a wonderful job. We will definitely call Hector's again if needed. I have never written a review of any business in my life, but felt the horrible service and shoddy work that this company supplied warranted a review. We used this business for a renovation on our dream house, and my wife and I extremely regret it. They were extremely unprofessional , rude, didn't do what was agreed upon, and even asked for full payment BEFORE starting the job. Most contractors ask for a third, or half, of the total project estimate. But NEVER full payment! They never did a final walkthrough with us when their ""Office Manager"" was rudely hounding us for payment on the last day of the job. We are now finding out that they did not even finish the job that was agreed upon. In our opinion, this plumbing business IS NOT A BUSINESS I would ever use again or recommend! We feel cheated by Hectors Plumbing.
