Hector's a smooth operator - but he doesn't stand by his work. He charged $120 to come over to snake for a clogged toilet & shower and only did it from below the area through a broken pipe beyond the fixures. The toilet still bubbled so he came back the next day and did a quick snake from the shower for a special deal of $40 more. It was still bubbling so I called again the following day and he wouldn't answer my calls. I ended up snaking the shower again and using a toilet auger, which he never suggested. Now it works, but his refusal fix it properly was .... Nuff said.

This pregnant mom really appreciates the professional, lightning quick, caring service from Hector and his son Vince. Very reasonable rates. Initially called for a clogged kitchen sink 1.5 weeks ago after dinner, and they were able to accommodate my schedule the next morning. They had to return again today for same clogged kitchen and also clogged laundry sink, and was able to make it out same day within the hour. Because it was a re-do within 30 days, no additional charge!!! WooHoo!!! Very professional and efficient. Super trustworthy family business! Call them for all your household drain needs!

We've had these guys out to our building a couple of times. Both Hector and Kevin were responsive, polite, clean, efficient and thorough. Very happy with them.
