Do not waste your time and money. We have been with this company since Randy started it. We pay our bills timely. For the last few years we have had to beg them to come do work. The end of last year we had a house with no water. Spoke with them in September and they never came until November AFTER I called to get running water temporarily Took them another month to come fully fix the issue BECAUSE I called and went irate in the owner. We still have non-emergency issues that need handled which were discussed last September and I went irate about in my call with the owner that are to this day STILL not fixed. They are good as long as you want to keep begging them to come on a regular basis which should not be the client's responsibility. This is not the first begging episodes we have been through with them. Good luck!!
