This company does not live up to it's sale's presentation guarantee's. They re-piped my entire home in early August 2018, and did a good job at a fair price. My problem with them is that prior to the re-pipe the owner Bill Hebert came to my home to give me a price quote which included a 1 year workmanship warranty, and a 25 year manufacture warranty on the piping (PEX) that they were using. At the completion of the job I was told that I would be receiving a manufacture warranty packet in the mail from their home office in a week to 10 days. After two weeks had passed without receiving anything I called to their office and spoke with (AMANDA) who stated she would check into it and call me back the next day. She never called me back. I called the owner (BILL) and he promised that he would check with his supplier (Southland) and call me back He never did, and I called him 2 more times where he said he would call me back and then never did. I am about ready to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) as to this companies failure to provide the warranties they verbally promise at time of sale.

Very dissatisfied with these people. They were sent to lowes for a dishwasher, and I specifically said do not get the cheapest one, and that is exactly what they did! I rent the condo and the owner had told them to get midrange which would have been fine with me, but they said they got the only one they had! I went to Lowes and picked out a different one and they wanted $275 to put it in. I took the first one back and got the new one delivered. I felt as if they should have gotten it and installed it in place of the one they got! I wrote a review when this incident happened, but it is gone.

Reliable, reasonable and friendly. These guys replaced my water heater and took care of an issue with my shower in a timely manner whereas others wouldn't even come out and look at my issue. A mobile home CAN fit a 50 gallon short boy! Their loss! Thanks Hebert!

The technicians were courteous and professional, greeted me with a handshake. The were knowledgeable and told me things I could do to help prevent any further issues which is very professional as well. The price was astonishingly low from what I expected. It's difficult to get any home repairs done during this difficult time, but they make every effort to accommodate even small jobs, so when I have larger repairs to make, they'll be my first call. I was very impressed by the prompt return phone calls and communication w the Owner of Hebert Plumbing & Septic. I contacted them during a very busy season when my water heater had a leak . They came out right away to access the urgency and kept in touch with me until the water heater could be replaced . The work they did was impeccable. Very friendly and professional. Great work! I needed an gas line run to a new pool heater. This plumber was recommended by a friend. Bill came to my house and gave me a great estimate for the job. The day before he was scheduled to do the job he called and cancelled say he couldn't get a part and would contact us when it came in. We never heard from him again. Over the next couple months We made numerous phone calls and left several messages. We never got a call back. I finally found some one else to do the job.
