DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were hired to remove roots from my toilet lines. After not showing up the day promised, they arrived the following day at 5:00pm. The toilet was flushing - poorly, but flushing. I told the tech that he needed to remove the toilet and cut out roots as we have had this issue before. He said they would not remove the toilet today - I guess he was just ready to go home. Then they billed me $135.00 service fee and did NOTHING. I called them back a couple days later because the toilet wasn't flushing and they wanted to charge me an additional $415.00 for a job that another plumber did for at total of $450. I requested a refund of the """"service"""" fee and was told no. I posted a picture of the roots that they said weren't there! Web site offers free estimate ? ** Edit to review - Heavenly Plumbing successfully removed my review from their web site. That is a great way to conduct business. Make sure only the 5 star reviews show up for potential customers :(

Heavenly plumbing has now done four separate jobs for me.  Call me crazy, but I don't even ask for an estimate for the little jobs or get other quotes in advance.  I simply text photos/videos of my issue, and Ivan sends one or two of his guys to take care of it.   For the two big jobs they did for me, including a gas water heater replacement, I did get other estimates and none of the other companies could beat Heavenly's price, let alone the level of customer service and professionalism that Ivan and his people provide.  Ivan's guys are so incredibly attentive, polite, professional and hard-working.  I have found """"My"""" plumber!

this is my THIRD experience with Heavenly Plumbing and as usual, their work was outstanding. i will never use anyone else but this company. detailed and conscientious in their work and fair pricing. this trip, the fixture had an undiscovered manufacturer defect that created a real mess but they stayed on the job and solved the problem. eventually you will need plumbing services - everyone does and they really are heavenly!!! so happy i found them.

I called around fir pricing for a simple plumbing job to replace a few on-off shutoff valves. Nothing extraordinary. Simple stuff. Two plumbers gave me """"good"""" estimates of $240 and $250. Three plumbers gave no quote and said I'd have to make an appointment for the next week or two. after that visit it would take another week or two to set up the job. I called Heavenly Plumbing Ivan gave me a price significantly less and scheduled the next day. He asked if this was an emergency and if it was he'd come today without an extra fee. Josh came and 30-40 min later he was done. Everything worked well. Highly recommended!

We had tenants in the home and needed to get a clog fixed ASAP - Ivan was quick to respond and able to get a technician out within a few hours. He even quoted the job for the drain cleanout + installation of a new toilet over the phone prior to coming out and stuck to it! No other companies would give me any sort of estimate over the phone or could come out as quickly. Really impressed with the level of service and quality of work (he sent pics since we weren't there!) Highly recommend! Thanks, Ivan!
