I wont even give this company a number, I actually couldn't post unless there was a star. if there were a negative scale there wouldn't be one to describe this company. 1st technician sent to my home had to literally be on drugs!!! Made my family uncomfortable, took over 48hrs on the job, made a complete disaster of the work, my exterior home wall, had no tools to do the job, liter disappeared for 24hrs in the middle of a job, did horrible work, the outside of my home damaged, didn't even use the correct PVC piping . This job was a complete disaster, it would have never in a lifetime passed any inspection on this planet!!! Had to call the company to send a second technician. He had a brain, thank God!!! Had to literally re-do everything the previous technician did! I thought we were done but wait there more!!!! After everything that happened, I will give it to the 2nd technician, nice, good attitude, better than the last technician. The only complaint is that when they spray painted the pipes they spray painted my home also which I had just professionally painted. Okay, whatever, at this point I just want you out of my home. Done, right, but wait there more. They called as made appointments because there needed to be a valve placed for inspection again that wouldn't pass one. I had to reschedule the time frames which are as everyone know 4 hrs out of your day. This was rescheduled a minimum or 3-4 times. The guys shows up, same technician as last time. Great, someone with a brain! . Took an entire day to install a 3 way valve!!! The valve is """"suppose"""" to be inside or on th hot water heater side. Neither were accessible, so it was put on the original outside shower, which is the entire reason for having this company out! I have a brand new 80in h television where the 3-way valve was installed, guess what, the screen is busted!!! Brand new less than a month old!!! I can literally see where the screen was hit on the side where the technician was working!!! FAILED TO MENTION THAT!!!!! My advice is this company shouldn't even be in business!!! Terrible employees, work, over charges, and a moral standard!!! """" DO NOT EVER USE THEM""""

They failed their first inspection and then sent 2 guys out to do something and never got in touch with Pasco County to follow up. And now it's going on 4 years and still no answer from Heatwave. So now we have to pay for our own inspection and pay another AC company to fixed their poor workmanship to get up to code. And they lied about how long it takes to install 3 to 4 days turn into months and now years.

Heatwave company installed new unit A/C in my apartment in August 2020. The installation time for two technician took 13 hours (1st day-9hrs, next day-4hrs). Next day after installation the A/C started leaking water. I had to call for service 10 times until one of technician (women) decided to install additional compressor in the unit, the leak did not stop. Then she installed bigger compressor and fixed the leak. The compressor on the roof stopped working in the next two weeks and was replaced. The coil was replaced next year and filled with Freon. Also, the Freon was filled twice after that. I spent more, then $3k for all repair for 3 year and 5 month. Now I planning to hire lawyer to result all issues and replace the A/C unit by the warranty. Terrible service. Considerably faster response from the sales people than the repair techs. My 85 yo mother purchased a new AC unit from them. Over $10K. Part of the contract was to install a new plenum. Never done. 20 months later, it's not functioning properly or giving her heat now that the weather has turned chilly. She bought a service plan with it. Nobody ever called to schedule. Get underneath and look at the workmanship. Circular flexhose used to connect to a square duct. No adapter. No seal. Generous use of spray foam though. The space under the building that was closed by the exterminators left wide open. That warrantee is now voided as well. A call for service on a Thursday was completed on the following Monday without fixing the problem. Demand for payment was made however. Tuesday more techs show up. Repair not made. Tried throwing (used) parts at the problem instead of actually drilling down and diagnosing it. Techs advise that they are quitting anyways. Tell us the company has about 3 or 4 lawsuits it's defending. Great stuff. Very reassuring. Hmmm Wonder how qualified he is? I bet he's factory certified. Wednesday, still not fixed. Now it's """" A manufacturer issue"""" Sorry, need to wait for them to call me back. Another call to the office. """"Er, tech will be there between 12-3 today"""". This at 1 pm. No phone call to advise or confirm. In the meantime, the 85 year old is weeping in her living room.

Recently Heatwave came out and serviced our Condo Air Conditioner. The technician arrived on time, added Freon to rebalane the Air Conditioner, which cools much better now. The surprising thing is that the technician took the time to explain how the evaporater works, and that it important to leave your Air Conditioner on when you leave for an extended period of time because of the high humidity in Florida. I would recommend Heatwave to my friends.

Avoid at all cost! Poor install of a defective unit ( install may have caused defect ). Reused old copper in dirt and water from leaking unit. Reused low voltage wires that are aged from sun with exposed copper . Leaks cold air . Left a 1 1/2"""" x 18"""" gap for unfiltered air. They left fill valves exposed for whole storming weekend ( over sand and dirt ). Dan Billingsley, the owner has refused to talk with me. I have requested they remove their equipment and refund our money more than 2 dozen times. So far, 5 sleepless nights from the constant Drumming noise, and owner still refuses to talk with me! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I reviewed several Air Conditioning companies. I went with This company based on the knowledge and demeanor of the Sales person Kevin. 3 weeks later the Shroud behind AC rusted totally out. This was november 2022. Since that time I have made well over 20 phone calls , and have gotten the run around since then. The first time took weeks for them to come out and rather than replace the shroud with quality material they painted it , which I could have done. But paying 6,000 for this unit they need to do the right thing. Again weeks of PHone calls to manager Mercedes only to get the run around. She advised they were looking for galvanized steal to replace. Two weeks of calls to them. They come back out after being Promised by the manager Mercedes it would be replaced only to Paint the shroud again. Call place to company to have owner call me back. NO return phone call. Never a call back from manager. I am not a rich person and paying monthly for a system that is below quality. They will not do the right thing. They will not call back they continue to have excuses will have to peruse other legal actions to have resolved I have documentation for every call and action I hope they do also.
