If I could give a minus 10 stars believe me I would! First he showed up late, then he started making sarcastic belligerent remarks about my wasting his time coming out on a Saturday, and demanding to know why I didn't call him sooner. I should've had him leave then but I let him into my home where he proceeded to break a limited edition sculpture due to his careless disregard for my possessions, then he went outside & was banging on my ac. Then he left it open unassembled (unbeknownst to me) and then went to his air conditioned truck & sat for over a half hour while I was left sitting out in high heat & humidity. He's very rude, childish and vindictive, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!! (I've reported this incident to my management company, who takes a stand against companies which harm their homeowners!!)

This company must be on something because they want to charge you ten times above the average pricing to change out a wax ring on a toilet and instal new sink hook-up $2595.00 and I had another quote for 900 somewhere else! Please don't fall for the pricing it is absolutely highway robbery! This right here is why you should get more than one estimate because of people who think they can rip you off!

This place is a total scam! Don't event think about calling this place for service. I had them out to help with a broken AC unit. The tech that arrived claimed he fixed 1 wire (later found out from another company that was a lie) and the total for that was going to be $3600. He recommended that we completely replace the 1 year old unit and buy another one from them. He claimed nothing was covered under my 12 year part and labor warranty. After I asked for an itemized bill for it he refused to provide one. I asked to speak to a manager about the $3600 and he said he would only charge me $650. Very strange the price would change after 30 seconds. This place is prying on the elderly to take advantage of them. Take a look at their BBB, bad reputation that I wished I knew sooner. I had another company come over and they said no wires were ever replaced and was able to fix the unit the same day. This place is a joke and should be investigated for fraud.

Awful!!! Can't even believe you are licensed! You give plumbers a bad name!!!! You did an awful job! You don't stand behind you're rotten work!!! Had to hire another plumber to tear out you're trash!!!! You deserve karma!

Hired them to replace a hvac unit that was severely damaged during ian. Not only did this company overcharge for the system, but has yet to work properly, and they won't back their own installation.

This is a company that loves to take your money with nothing in return. Gave us a terrible time about the unit we wanted to buy and when we canceled the agreement they failed to return our deposit. If you can find their office please let me know. You go to the addresses they list and nothing.
