They replaced my old tankless water heater and upgraded the gas and water connections. Ken Heaton and son Daniel worked efficiently as a team, unlike another father/son team I once contracted where dad worked and sonny played on his cell phone! No lie.

First, I got an honest quote and thorough explanation of the work they would do. They were respectful of my property and
cleaned up afterwards. Look, plumbers charge a lot for their labor, and most of the quotes I got were padded with unnecessary upsells. The Heatons don't work that way. They provided me with honest value, earning my trust and future business.

The owner is unethical. He told me my tub faucet could not be repaired due to ""old parts"" and the only way to fix it was to tear out the tile and replace with all new fixtures. I had a second opinion and that plumber fixed it within 20 minutes for less than $100. Heaton and Sons would have cost me at least $1,000. Do NOT recommend.

We used Heaton and Sons for our remodel in 2017. Ken Heaton has failed to provide any warranty service for the work they performed or any receipts for products purchased for our project. Very unprofessional and difficult to work with.

If I could give zero, I would. The owner is a scam artist who will find a way to tell you ""you need new plumbing throughout the house"". I guarantee you, 99% cases, you will not.

Heaton & Sons Plumbing has done work for me at our business, my rental property, and my home for many years now. I'm very happy with their service and their work. I never look for the cheapest, as I know from being in business, that you get what you pay for. If you're looking for the cheapest plumber, call someone else. However, if you're looking for the most for your $$, then call Heaton & Sons.

They showed up on time and the guys were very clean, friendly and professional. They told me what I was going to need done and gave me a quote but didn't pressure me at all to make a decision and I didn't feel hassled. I called a couple other companies to compare prices and opinions and their price was comparable and Heaton & Sons made me feel the most comfortable. I am so glad that I made the decision to go with this company. I will definitely call them again if I need to and I will gladly recommend them to any of my family and friends!

I am a home owner in Huntington Beach I am very dissatisfied with the service from Heaton and Sons. They worked on my floor heater replacing old parts in it. Had to call them back to readjust pilot settings. Got a long line of exscuses, ""old heater""..... ""foreign made parts""... ""too busy"". After a few days went by they squeezed me in to do a fifteen minute job. A few months later heater would not light half the bunners. Called them about it and before I could finish describing the problem he started talking over me with the same line of excuses. Then wanted over $250.00 just to come back and diagnose the problem. (This after he had done it rudely on the phone with me.) Then additional $$$ to replace the part or parts that he installed earlier!!! Unbelievable to me. Would not recommend them to anyone.
