I had a problem with my main circuit panel - strong electrical burning smell on a hot-to-the-touch 240 circuit breaker that didn't trigger a ""circuit break"". A rather dangerous situation, I thought, so I threw the breaker manually and called my home warranty service. They assigned Heath Electric Company and told me to contact them directly for an appointment. I called twice, once in the early morning and once late afternoon and left a message with details of the problem, but they did not respond. I attempted to contact them online the next day, but their ""online chat"" was a joke. Here I am, 30 hours later, still no response from them and still with the circuit off. I notified my home warranty company of the non-responsiveness, and they said they have no one else in the area. I don't trust an electrician who blows me off after being told I have a circuit panel that smells like it's burning, so I asked asked them to FIND someone else. I'm still waiting, but I'll call in an electrician from out of town and pay out of pocket before I'll use this company.

The most Unprofessional service ever. They are associated with American Home Shield who sends them out to do service calls. Today they came to my home when no one was home. His people went to all my doors, looked in every window and door. No
Company T-shirt no company truck, and no card left on the door.
Who does that in 2021? Unfortunately, AHS said he's all they got on the eastern shore so if you have a business be his competition. It can't be that difficult to be better. So AHS will lose my business.
