They are totally unresponsive. They don't return calls or answer email messages. They wait till last minute to do test before city shuts off your water.

The easiest process. I had no idea that you have to get the Backflow tested annually and they just came and took care of everything. Get on the annual list and they will just come out and test the Backflow and send the report in, I dont have to be home waiting for them they just do the work and send a bill. Which is incredibly reasonable as well. Completely hassle free and professional.

Did the test, I paid money.. they never send report to Beaverton City. I got multiple reminder from City for no test result submitted. It happened to me in 2017, 2018 and now 2019.
I have to call them to get that done... Just called and emailed and will check later how soon they can get this report submitted.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are totally unresponsive and irresponsible, never return calls, never come on the days they say they will. So far, this is the most poorly run outfit I have encountered in Portland. There are other back flow companies in the area. Use them!!
okay, this year they came without all the hassles of previous years, so I added a star. Maybe they're getting their act together.
