We have used Heart of Texas for various needs at our lake house for 15 years. They are simply the best. From HVAC repairs to a turnkey dishwasher installation, they have always been totally professional. Of all the contractors we have used over the years, only two have been other than "handyman" level of competence, even including licensed plumbers (the other being a tile installer). Very very highly recommended.

We had an emergency situation arise recently with our residential plumbing and called HOTM for help! Landon was on the scene shortly after the call and diagnosed the issue and communicated with us clearly about his suggested plan of repair. Two work days later and we were up and running well again! (Our Insurance Adjustor said Landon's report was the best detailed report he had ever come across!)

Note:. We've made similar calls to HOTM for help for 20 + years between our other two properties (business & other residence). HOT has always responded well to our needs and we've always felt confident they will get the job completed correctly and in a timely manner. We've been in business for 28 years and we appreciate the quick and completer service! Knowing who you can depend on is important.

We'd had an issue with a mysterious bad smell emanating from one of our showers due to the previous owner's handyman work. Good guy, but certainly not a professional plumber.

I'd never dealt with Heart of Texas Mechanical before, but they will be our go-to for all of our plumbing needs. Landon was completely professional and identified the lack of a P trap on the shower drain as the cause in no time.

The guy's nickname is 5 STAR for a reason! He's awesome and gets the job done right. We're very pleased with the results, to say the least!

The plumber they sent explained everything and gave recommendations for the best route to go. I pretty much needed the whole house replumbed due to the winter storm damage. He also took the time to speak with the insurance adjuster to make sure the company acknowledged all of the damage.

I've used Heart of Texas for the last several years and I have always been satisfied with their work. I had to wait several weeks after the storm for them to be able to get to me, but it was worth it to use a company I can trust.
