Again....another great service warranty follow-up done. Jimi Knight came back out and did a follow water heater flush and I couldn't be any happier. When he was done, and he took his time to ensure the flush was to his master plumber standard, there was a big difference. Every time Jimi has come out for any issue it is never as though I am just another number to him or the company. The professionalism and courteousness that Jimi provides always makes me feel like I am a extremely valued customer to him and the company. Keep up the impeccable work!!!

After having our combo unit damaged by another company that clearly didn't have the training to work on it, we looked around for a new service company hoping to get honest answers instead of a hard sell on a new HVAC boiler system. We are so glad we found this company! Our technician Ryan Parkin was professional and meticulous in sourcing the issues we had. It was clear Ryan knew what he was working with and could solve the issues for us. There were no hard sells or large charges - just the service we requested. Had a very bad experience receiving an estimate from Heart. We were considering upgrading our AC and the salesperson, Victor, spent 20 minutes trying to sell us on their 'lifetime warranty' and free servicing, which felt weird. Then he offered a 5% discount if we scheduled a service while he was there...also weird. We checked Yelp and apparently their promises aren't true, they cancel appointments last minute, etc. We checked our furnace today and they left a giant Heart sticker on it!! We hadn't agreed to work with this company, nor did they ask if they could put a sticker on it and yet they vandalize our furnace?! So slimy and sketchy. Avoid at all costs!!

Posting this here because they must delete negative google reviews... Heart is not a trust worthy company they will take advantage of older folks with the good cop bad cop sales tactics they are in it to scheme and rip anyone they can off.. please do not use them, shop around before committing to these crooks. They have only been in business for 5 years and claim lifetime warranty they are the ""new Applewood"" buyers beware...

Jimi Knight was a life saver! He went out of his way to help us get the right toilet for our home so that we did not have to get a whole new vanity set up (our house is older and has smaller counter tops that cover the toilets). He made the whole process so easy and I'm so thankful for it!
