We hired Heart in October to replace our HVAC system. However, they didn't supervise the person who installed and welding solder burnt holes in our carpet. They could not repair it. Therefore, they said that they would replace it. We worked with Carpet Exchange to get it replaced. It took months. I called and called them to get this completed. When the carpet was replaced, they said they sent the check but when I called back, they said they sent it to Carpet Exchange instead. Now, no one can tell me where the money is? We do not have it, Carpet exchange says they didn't receive it and we have spent all our money to get the carpet fixed. We aren't sure if it was ever sent or not and no one has followed up after all these months. I'm shocked that anyone would be treated so poorly and hope to get a good review. Run away from this company. If something goes wrong, I don't think they care about you.

I was very dissatisfied with the service I got from Heart. We used them several years ago and they were good. In 2024, they came to our House twice and the service was not good. Very over priced. Also, we had joined there membership deal, and they never came out for routine work when they said they would, they were always canceling appointments - very hard when you make time on your calendar and they don't show us. We have moved on, and glad we did.

Daryl Fabra was my brilliant plumber that solved a very complicated custom install in my shower. Heart continues to amaze me with their skilled technicians and steady communication on each project. I recommend getting the membership too!

Heart replaced my A/C aquatherm unit and did an amazing job! They had to get a crane to install the condenser on the rooftop, and helped to coordinate with other neighbors so that we could share the costs. How impressive is that? They were so professional and efficient - I would recommend this company to all.
The very next day the electrician (Dave Statler) followed up to check the electric and make sure everything was safe and sound. He went above and beyond in helping me to set up the next service needed (to bring in plumbing) for bathtub issues.
The crew that replaced the aquatherm and condenser did this extensive job in one day with no issues. I'm just so incredibly impressed with Charles Ozment, Erick Valles, John Estes and Dave Statler. Definitely sign up for the membership with Heart as it saved me quite a bit of money as well.

This has been the most frustrating company I've work with in a long time.
They miss appointments, they can't show up in a five hour window, they fail inspections, they aren't responsive. I'm 4 months into an ac replacement and they're not done. ?

I have had this service out to my house 4 times and all the employees have been amazingly polite, patient and understanding of my issues. The first time was for a sewer camera during my home purchase. They pointed out an issue that I was able to get a concession from the seller on. The next service call was for an issue with my AC system and it not keeping my house cool. Shane was exceptional at explaining that my system was older and there were some ways for us to address the issue without replacement. But I did sign up for the membership anticipating future issues and maintenance. About 6 weeks later the AC system was not cooling again. It was determined by Joel that at a minimum, some parts needed to be replaced and at a maximum I would need a new AC system. I liked that he gave me options regarding the best value. Joel was once again, very professional and courteous.

Simultaneously, I had a plumbing issue with standing water in my front yard and Hunter was great explaining that it was likely a landscape irrigation issue and not my sewer or water main. Victor came out to discuss pricing on a new HVAC system and my wife and I decided to replace our aging and faltering system.

Victor G. applied our previous repair cost as a credit to the installation cost and gave us a discount due to our professions. The installers of the system were Josh and a different Victor and they were very pleasant and professional and the system was installed in about 6 hours!! Overall, I highly recommend Heart as they are fair, professional and are always considering my best interests. On a side note- when I was feeling uneasy about such a large expenditure, the owner Mike got on the phone with me to assure me that they would be there for me with a lifetime and 10 yr transferable warranty. You just cant beat that. Maybe they are not the cheapest service, but they aren't the priciest either and you do get what you pay for. The new Lennox system is a huge upgrade to our 12+ yr old system.

Rick Salter led a team of four men who replaced my 25-year-old furnace and air conditioner and installed a new system that now meets code. They were very professional, courtice, caring, and answering all my questions and ensuing that I understood what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. I was extremely pleased with their service, and I would recommend them to anyone. In 25 years, I have had a lot of services done on my home, most were good, but none have ever been as good as this team.

Once they get their money you apparently will never see them again. While installing a new air conditioner and heater they told us we needed anew electrical box. After installing that the light in one room started flickering and the breaker tripped over and over. They hadto repair that to a tune of over $4000 and left a big hole in my wall because they installed the outlet in the wrong place. They have scheduled a repairman to come out on FOUR different occasions and their window is FIVE hours. They have NEVER shown up to repair my wall. I can not even tell you how many hours I have wasted in the day waiting for them. It is just beyond ridiculous. They are the worst! Jenn in scheduling went on and on about how she valued my time and i needed to trust her to make this right. That was 3 appointments ago and 15 hours of waiting. This does not include the no shows just showing up to do the original job.
