Made an appointment on Google, no one showed. Called, no one answered, then got hung up on when it finally started ringing. Made a new appointment through their website, confirmed for the next day. Text message received 10 minutes later said the appointment would actually be a week from now. What a horrible experience for a business that claims to be available 24/7.

I'm a landlord living in another state and couldn't help but feel like Joe F (the technician) was quoting ridiculous prices for unnecessary work. I asked for a checkup and he told me I needed nearly $3K in work. He provided a thorough checklist with prices. All the work seemed excessively expensive. He quoted well over $600 to clean my evaporator coils, and said I should replace both the interior and exterior fans (each well over $1100. He also mentioned several other items.
Needless to say I ordered a second opinion from SoCo. They came out and took care of everything for less than $800 (to include a membership fee). Much of the work quoted by HEART seemed to not be necessary. Their charge for the same coil cleaning was $280 compared to the $600+ from HEART. Is HESRT that big of a rip off, or is the technician trying to take advantage of my situation to pocket a bunch of money...either way I'm not sticking around to find out.

Initially had some issues getting an appointment scheduled but the service and plumbing manager stepped in and took care of it. Very happy with the end project and the work they did to regain my business.

Do not get the membership, as benefits provided is not true.

Very poor service provided by heart. Pushed back to meet electrician schedule by 4 days after booked, and when the electrician went on site he did not communicate that he needed help and ended up doing no work. Electrician goes home at 3.30pm and company wants to reorganised again for 1 week later, after which the electrician calls back at 6pm saying he doesn't want to complete the job.

All done under membership plan which is suppose to be prioritise as advertised. Disappointing.

The absolute best experience I could have hoped for. It was hard to find someone to work on baseboard heating but Luke M was INCREDIBLE. Extremely professional. They offer a lifetime warranty so price was a tiny bit higher but 100% worthy it. He fixed my heating quickly and thoroughly. Everyone in their office was extremely friendly and communicative. Will definitely be using again! Thank you!

A $40 service call is fair. It would be discounted from the service total if I accepted their services. However, $250 to replace a light fixture is rediculous!!! The light fixture was already removed and just needed to be connected to the new one. I called for service since it looked like the wiring was compromised... it wasn't. It is an 8"" ceiling in a close. I cannot believe the TOTAL rip off charges this company wanted! I replaced the fixture myself in 10 minutes.

My furnace started struggling the day before so I communicated with this company on Thumbtack by addressing the issues first. And a technician came out to my house within the next 24 hours. Appointment setting with them was super easy and quick.

My technician, Trey, was excellent. Although he was friendly enough, he focused on the task at hand and didn't spend too much time on chitchatting with me. He was at my house for about 30 minutes.

Fortunately for me, it (the furnace) required a little TLC from a professional like Trey. He fixed the root cause of the issue (dirty flame sensor); not only that he checked to ensure that my furnace was in good shape for other areas. He even gave me a filter at no cost. And all this cost me only $39! I was truly happy with that!

Yes, I will hire them for any/all furnace/AC/plumbing needs/issues in the future. This is an amazing company that truly cares about the safety operations of your HVAC system!!

I have been a member of Heart.... for several years and could not be happier. Technicians are all knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Each technician has taken the time to answer all questions. They are meticulous, professional, considerate and thorough. Highly recommend. Yesterday my technician was Islahem.

Highway robbery - they charged me $1,500 to replace a $100 faucet that took 2 hours of work. The cost should have been closer to $300. I will not be able to use them again because I will go bankrupt if I paid these rates for all my repairs.
