A $40 service call is fair. It would be discounted from the service total if I accepted their services. However, $250 to replace a light fixture is rediculous!!! The light fixture was already removed and just needed to be connected to the new one. I called for service since it looked like the wiring was compromised... it wasn't. It is an 8"" ceiling in a close. I cannot believe the TOTAL rip off charges this company wanted! I replaced the fixture myself in 10 minutes.

My furnace started struggling the day before so I communicated with this company on Thumbtack by addressing the issues first. And a technician came out to my house within the next 24 hours. Appointment setting with them was super easy and quick.

My technician, Trey, was excellent. Although he was friendly enough, he focused on the task at hand and didn't spend too much time on chitchatting with me. He was at my house for about 30 minutes.

Fortunately for me, it (the furnace) required a little TLC from a professional like Trey. He fixed the root cause of the issue (dirty flame sensor); not only that he checked to ensure that my furnace was in good shape for other areas. He even gave me a filter at no cost. And all this cost me only $39! I was truly happy with that!

Yes, I will hire them for any/all furnace/AC/plumbing needs/issues in the future. This is an amazing company that truly cares about the safety operations of your HVAC system!!

I have been a member of Heart.... for several years and could not be happier. Technicians are all knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Each technician has taken the time to answer all questions. They are meticulous, professional, considerate and thorough. Highly recommend. Yesterday my technician was Islahem.

Highway robbery - they charged me $1,500 to replace a $100 faucet that took 2 hours of work. The cost should have been closer to $300. I will not be able to use them again because I will go bankrupt if I paid these rates for all my repairs.

As a small business owner, I am all about supporting small business. However, this company did a complete bait and switch on me. We agreed to have 2 toilets removed for a renovation project in Colorado Springs and then they would return to re-install them upon completion. I was told the cost would be $600 for the entire service. Now they are saying they are charging another $600 to return to re-install my toilets because they are driving from Denver. This company false advertises and steals your money. Customers beware!

After I posted the initial review, I heard back from Heart. It turns out their membership coordinator retired right at the same time I had been trying to reach her. There were some transitional issues, such as staff not being able to access the former membership coordinator's voicemails. They told me they are working to follow up with other customers who may have slipped through the cracks during the transition. I'm overall happy with how they resolved this issue.

Worst plumbing company ever. There way over priced they aren't prepared nor punctual. Watching this poor guy install my water heater was my entertainment for the week. Didn't have a clue what he was doing seemed like. Wish I could give them less stars but since I have to they only deserve 1

This past week i was at my parents and I turned the furnace on to run it a few cycles and get it ready for cold weather. It ran one cycle and it quit working. Pilot lite had gone out and I was unable to keep it lit. I reached out to Heart Heating because I had been seeing their service vans all over the metro area the last couple of months and they had wonderful reviews. I spoke with a gentleman on my first call to Heart (I'm sorry I didnt get his name) he helped me get an appointment.
The office team kept my mother and I up to date on any changes ?before our techs arrival. Mitch arrived and he was very professional. After diagnostics he determined what the issue was. He gave us an estimate right away. We didn't have to wait a week for it.
I appreciate the fact that Mitch was honest and thorough and didn't try to upsell or pressure us into an unnecessary repairs or replacement.

Yes, I'd hire this company again.
No, they aren't the cheapest.

Their office team rocks! Lisa and Mikayla were AMAZING! As Dispatchers they nailed it! Keep up the amazing job!

Just a quick update. It's been 3 months of hot summer heat since the shady tech lied to me. My AC unit is still working perfectly! The response to my original review was a joke. I hope anyone reading this review at least gets a second quote so you don't get scammed.
