Rick Salter led a team of four men who replaced my 25-year-old furnace and air conditioner and installed a new system that now meets code. They were very professional, courtice, caring, and answering all my questions and ensuing that I understood what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. I was extremely pleased with their service, and I would recommend them to anyone. In 25 years, I have had a lot of services done on my home, most were good, but none have ever been as good as this team.

Justin came to my house and performed and detailed service of my a/c and furnace, laid out my options and prioritized them accordingly. Appreciate his transparency and experience relaying the status of our units!

Once they get their money you apparently will never see them again. While installing a new air conditioner and heater they told us we needed anew electrical box. After installing that the light in one room started flickering and the breaker tripped over and over. They hadto repair that to a tune of over $4000 and left a big hole in my wall because they installed the outlet in the wrong place. They have scheduled a repairman to come out on FOUR different occasions and their window is FIVE hours. They have NEVER shown up to repair my wall. I can not even tell you how many hours I have wasted in the day waiting for them. It is just beyond ridiculous. They are the worst! Jenn in scheduling went on and on about how she valued my time and i needed to trust her to make this right. That was 3 appointments ago and 15 hours of waiting. This does not include the no shows just showing up to do the original job.

The agent who comes to your home is great at selling the equipment. However, after the installment they COMPLETELY abandon you. During the installment 6/11/24 they damaged my wall and didn't even mention it to me. I complained about the air flow so they came out the following day 6/12/24 and the technician then told me "" he let his manager know about the holes and someone will come out to fix it"". I STILL have NOT been reached out about the holes getting fixed. Today is 6/24/24. Next, my husband has been emailing them on the costumer email which is handled by the president, my guess is he died bc it's been over a week. I have attached a few copies of these email. There is more. I called today and the representative told me that the costumer unsatisfactory service person is NOT in today.
Is this a Joke?
So I think the best option for my family so to get this $20k furnace and ac removed from our house since this is the WORSE costumer service ever!

Darryl did an excellent job fixing our shower. Thank you! Water was not hot and leaked and he resolved well.

Worst experience we have ever had. Cooling system went out and Technician presented options ranging from $1,400-$1850 to fix the concern. We could have the problem fixed the same day with the most expensive option. We advised that we were pursuing second opinion.
Another company promptly came out and fixed the concern in 15 minutes. It had NOTHING to do with what Heart stated it was. We have felt taken advantage of by Heart on more than one occasion. This will not happen again.

Paid for a full new set up two years ago--furnace/ humidifier & ac with five year membership that includes complimentary service/ labor. have already had them back three times to fix things that weren't working/ installed wrong. Sure enough, the temps hit 90 and the a/c won't come on. I took the first available appointment 5 days out, change plans, take off work, and get a call at the end of the service window that the tech can't come that day at all but they'll put us on a wait list. Next available appointment is TWO WEEKS out. Really? They're a no-show for an appointment I already waited for and proceed to bump me two weeks with 98 degrees in the forecast. On equipment that's two years old. looking at other reviews, sounds like they pull this frequently. Initial install was good, don't expect good service after that.
Update: 6/25--Rescheduled appt day: got tired of waiting for a call with my tech's ETA so called to find out. "" I'm so sorry, your tech had to leave for the day."" (it's 9am). ""It could be some time to reschedule--because of the heat advisory we're prioritizing people with no A/C"". Yes. That would be us. Agent claims they'll try to get someone out by 5. 98 degrees again today. She says they'll do their best, sounding like she's trying not to laugh.
Update 2: they just canceled again
Avoid this company

I scheduled a complimentary annual air conditioning service that comes with my membership, and when Shane came out, he did not do any of the complimentary services to my air conditioning unit, he refused to clean it and didn't clean the filter outside because I refused to pay for over $3000 of ""bandaid"" services and refused to pay for thousands of more dollars for a new air conditioning unit. I asked him to clean both the condenser out inside and the filters outside to extend the life of my unit and he did not do so and refused to do so. I do not recommend this company. The only good thing about this company is Darryl the plumber.

We had an HVAC guy out and he was very helpful. Then, we needed help with electrical. We had an appointment booked and the electrician called on the day the appointment was booked, saying we had to reschedule. He couldn't come out for another week but we decided to wait and he did come out. He was very helpful.
Next, we had a flood in our crawl space and called Heart. They said they would be out in a couple days. They called on the day they were supposed to be over and cancelled for the next week. We decided to figure things out and waited for the next week. They cancelled again. This was a hardship as the leak was due to our washing machine and we couldn't do laundry. We ended up having to call another company who was more reliable.
We called and complained and were told twice that a manager would call us back. That never happened. We did get a full refund, but we're honestly so disappointed with the customer service. If they would have tried to make it right, we would have continued being a customer. Heart clearly doesn't value their customers and we can't recommend them. They have great technicians on their team that are friendly and helpful, but the customer service is non-existent.

Started as an annual checkup with one of their technicians, Ruben. Ruben was very polite, very thorough, very friendly, and very professional. He pointed out some concerns with our HVAC unit which is 19 years old so we were anticipating having to replace it. Ruben walked the house noting returns and vents, did some magical mathematics and gave us three options for replacement systems. All were reasonably priced and the offered financing to include 18 months no interest. Long story short, Heart Heating and Plumbing is the only company I will use in the future. Their prices were significantly lower than two other bids we had and they use Lennox brand equipment so you know it's top quality. There were other perks too. But the thing I'll remember the most was how friendly, professional, and caring the entire company was from start to finish. The install guys were great too, can't say enough about this company and on top of it all they are Veteran owned and operated! Highly recommend!!
