After I posted the initial review, I heard back from Heart. It turns out their membership coordinator retired right at the same time I had been trying to reach her. There were some transitional issues, such as staff not being able to access the former membership coordinator's voicemails. They told me they are working to follow up with other customers who may have slipped through the cracks during the transition. I'm overall happy with how they resolved this issue.

Worst plumbing company ever. There way over priced they aren't prepared nor punctual. Watching this poor guy install my water heater was my entertainment for the week. Didn't have a clue what he was doing seemed like. Wish I could give them less stars but since I have to they only deserve 1

This past week i was at my parents and I turned the furnace on to run it a few cycles and get it ready for cold weather. It ran one cycle and it quit working. Pilot lite had gone out and I was unable to keep it lit. I reached out to Heart Heating because I had been seeing their service vans all over the metro area the last couple of months and they had wonderful reviews. I spoke with a gentleman on my first call to Heart (I'm sorry I didnt get his name) he helped me get an appointment.
The office team kept my mother and I up to date on any changes ?before our techs arrival. Mitch arrived and he was very professional. After diagnostics he determined what the issue was. He gave us an estimate right away. We didn't have to wait a week for it.
I appreciate the fact that Mitch was honest and thorough and didn't try to upsell or pressure us into an unnecessary repairs or replacement.

So.....
Yes, I'd hire this company again.
No, they aren't the cheapest.
No, they aren't the most expensive.
Yes, I feel like I can trust this company

Just a quick update. It's been 3 months of hot summer heat since the shady tech lied to me. My AC unit is still working perfectly! The response to my original review was a joke. I hope anyone reading this review at least gets a second quote so you don't get scammed.

I can't thank Roberto from Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric enough! We recently bought a house and there was just something clearly off with the AC. I kept having to manually reset the furnace and there was almost no air flow upstairs. Roberto came out and checked absolutely everything through the house and just couldn't have been more professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and stay to make sure everything was running smoothly. I will definitely be sticking with Roberto for future

I requested an estimate through Yelp and received a message that they needed to have a phone conversation so I called, explained everything, gave all my information and was told I would get a call back that night to set up an estimate. No call. Two days later, I called back and they said they had no records about my previous inquiry or call. I gave all the info again and set up an appointment for a few days later. I received a voicemail about 30 min later (I was working) that they had set up another appointment at the same time and needed to reschedule. I called back, gave my name and said my estimate needed rescheduled. I was put on hold and then hung up on. Obviously they didn't want my business. A curious question they asked (on both phone calls) was if anyone in the house is a student, a first time homebuyer, etc. I thought at first maybe it was for a discount or something but maybe they're using it to decide who not to service?

Needed to have my unit repaired. They said the unit needed to be replaced. Quoted me $18,000. Went to another HVAC company and they replaced the Unit for $2,200. Watch out when using Heart get a second quote.

Would never use them again. They charged 585.00 for an hour and half worth of work. Started at 900.00+ and threw in a bunch of phony discounts to make you think you're getting a 'deal'.

Heart is one of the most professional and knowledgeable companies out there. I'm a real estate agent who is always in need of the services they offer. I consistently pass their number along to clients and colleagues, knowing that I can trust that they'll offer top notch service. I also recently used them to replace my furnace and AC at my own home. I've dealt with a lot of contractors that may be cheaper, but as I've learned over the years going the cheap route only ends badly. Give these guys a shot, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
