Lisa, Madison,OH - We are new to this area and our hot water had a problem, not functioning on a Friday. I had seen Hearn's signs in the area and called them on Monday morning. Alison was so great, took my information and explained the companies protocols before schduling the appointment, which i appreciated, I do not like surprises. Service was scheduled for next day, but within half an hour Jeremey called to let me know they had a tech in the area and could be at my house within an hour. Paul, the technition arrived and was very professional, explained all that needed to be done, gave us multiple options to choose from. Ended up we needed a new hot water heater installed. Paul had us a new hotwater heater installed within a few hours. We hope not to have any further issues regarding plumbing with our new home in the future, but if we do we will be calling upon Hearn and requesting Paul.

Hearn always does our heating/plumbing issues. We have used them for the last few years now. They are very up front and forward about prices and options. Yes it can be a bit pricey at times, but skilled labor isn't cheap as they say. We always know when the job is done, it is done correctly and we don't have to worry after it is complete. Pete always does a great job and we are happy to have them for our housing needs.

When I turned on my AC this year I was surprised that it wasn't putting out any cold air. I called one company who came out and said I needed a whole new system! I called Hearn Plumbing and Heating and they came out to discover my AC compressor had a small leak. They were able to fix the valve and recharge my exisiting system for a fraction of the cost. They were honest and upfront about my options. I know who I'll call when my system eventually does need to be replaced. Highly recommended!

Tried to charge me over $600.00 to replace an outside water spigot. In the techs own words he says "" It's a builders model that isn't fixable."" After I told him no thanks I had a family member look at it and he replaced a 0.97 cent rubber washer. Not happy at all

My latest experience with Hearn dealt with installing a new heating system ( Unico High Velocity Mini Duct System)....From start to finish, this heating project was exceptional....Though very expensive, I was well informed every step of the way of how this process worked, installed, all the prep work that was needed, the care of not messing inside the house when installing the mini heating ports, cleanup at the end of each day and the list goes on...Jeff, Austin, Caleb...were great...Jeff informed me each day of what was going to be completed, following the timeline that I was given...The team was professional in their work, friendly, good customer service, answered many, many questions/concerns...Ended up with an electrical issue ( not part of this project) of which Jeff contacted Streb Electrical to come out and check...If is wasn't for Jeff and his concern, could have ended up with a possible electrical fire as some point my house...My thanks to Kevin and Tom for the roles they played in this project...Could not ask for a better heating/plumbing company to service this project...

I had Hearn come out for two minor repairs , replace a ball valve and repair a coupling that was dripping . if I were able to shut off the main I could have easily done the repairs myself . they used about $ 50. in parts and the job cost me just short of $ 1000. I would never use or recommend them to anyone after finding out there prices .

We used Hearn's solely for the ten years we lived in Madison, as do most of my extended family who have for decades. They are honest, reliable, and extremely professional. In addition to servicing our plumbing and heating, they installed gas for a pool heater and generator, plus installing and maintaining our generator. They upgraded our heating and air also, so obviously they can capably do more than just fix a leaking toilet. There is the added bonus that they are just nice folks. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Just call Hearn's!

This company attempted to charge my 80 year old Mother who lives in a house that I own in Madison, Ohio $1,750 to install a low end water heater that retails for less than $400. That's $1350 in labor for a one hour job. I feel they used very deceptive practices in telling her the full retail value for the job was $2,059. This was NOT some high-end intelligent smart grid wifi 12 year warranty water heater. It was a basic low end manual adjust 6 year warranty water heater. Even if it were a high-end water heater, the full retail cost would be less than $600. I am very disappointed that they would try to take advantage of an 80 year old widow.
