We had a leak outside and they came almost immediately. Don is down to earth and help quite a few of our neighbors replacing water lines that were put in when the subdivision was build.

I spoke with Mr Hearing and we scheduled a time for him to come to my house for a plumbing repair. Almost 3 hours after the scheduled window, I called his business number. The person who answered said they would page him Never even called me, not on that day or ever since.

Waterline Repair: I was trying to avoid taking a day off work in order to resolve this issue. Hearing Pluming was employed to address it instead. Now I have to take a day off work to fix the job that they did. They left the replaced soil high and uneven, to the extent that when my grass does come back, there is no hope of me being able to cut it with my mower. When I worked in the service industry, we took pride in the job we were hired to do. We performed the job to a high standard and at the end of the job, we swept up the floors, wiped off any fingerprints, and left the job site in as good or better shape than when we arrived. We did this all while showing the customer the utmost respect. When the individuals performing this task were asked what would be done about the final state of the landscape, they were flippant and responded along the lines of """"It is not our responsibility"""". I find it ironic that the company is named """"Hearing Pluming"""", and yet is entirely tone def to the consumer. If you're looking for someone to destroy your yard, then definitely go with Hearing Pluming. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere.

Our waste line started backing up into our kitchen sink. We had one plumber come and auger it and their auger jammed up way down the line and they told me they thought it might be on the county side. The county engineer came out and they couldn't even locate where our line met the main and they called in the county plumber which happens to be Donald Hearing from Hearing Plumbing. His crew was incredibly quick and professional locating (unfortunately on my side) a tree root that had grown into and filled my sewer line which happened to be 15ft underground. Donald not only had it done the next day, he installed a clean out that I was previously missing inclusive with the repair. Although I hated paying for it right before Christmas, his pricing was more than fair and he was quick. I am incredibly grateful.

Good and bad, so choose carefully. Had a water heater go out and called and he came out the next day on Saturday (I wasn't expecting Saturday, but he did anyway). Fast, quick, and well done. We had another job to replace tub parts and he quoted a price and said he'd contact in a few days to set up a time. He never called, so I texted, and we set up a time for a week later, and he canceled it. Set up another time, and the day before, he canceled it. The vibes said he didn't want the job, but never leveled with me and now time is wasted. Told me Saturday wasn't going to work because this wasn't an emergency. Bottom line: if it's a straightforward job, you may be okay. Otherwise, be prepared to be ghosted.

These people were kind, friendly, and charged us a really fair price. They came out and took care of the piping in our yard in a very timely manner. I also like supporting more of a hometown business and that they are; very personable... and did I mention friendly? They also do work for the city, so it was easy for me to trust their credentials. I would use them again and I would definitely recommend them to others.

This company is reliable, and the prices are very affordable. We had a busted pipe; the water was running outside in my front yard. My house is on a slab. We got quotes from 5 other plumbers saying they had to tear out my cabinets and drill in my kitchen floor to get to the leaky pipe. The prices they quoted us was ridiculous. Hearing Plumbing told me they could dig from underneath my house to get to the pipe. This was so much easier and less expensive. They were honest with us. I refer this company to all my friends and my neighbors. They saved us so much money and costly repairs.

Do not use this company! They destroyed my property and lied to my face about it. I have photos to prove it. I watched out my window as Donald Hearing and his workers cut through and crushed a drainage pipe in my yard. They were using a bobcat to dig a hole for a back flow valve. When they finished I went out and asked if they repaired the pipe. He lied to my face and told me, """"that drain was full of mud and wasn't working."""" I told him I just replaced it in 2017 and that I know it's working or water would back up into my basement. Three times I told him the pipe was new and 3 times he and his worker lied to my face. As a single woman, there was nothing I could do. I had to call to have the county dig up the pipe and replace it. The pipe was crushed. As you can see from a photos, they covered the drain opening with dirt. There was no mud clogging the pipe that they severed and crushed. They deserve a zero for damage and dishonesty!
