They did not resolve the issue and were super short and condescending to me, but as soon as my husband rolled up their whole tune changed. Would not recommend.

I bought a 40 year old mfg. house in Cedarville that hadn't been occupied for a couple of years and had some issues with the washer/ dryer hook ups, a slow draining kitchen sink, and two toilets that worked but still had the original(1980) hardware. I contacted Heard plumbing in Alturas and set up an appt. to get the repairs done. two plumbers showed up at the scheduled time, and got everything shipshape in less than two hours. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great job.

after having no city water for two days and only getting a notice there would be no water until notified after the first day, I have no confidence in this company and will not hire again. They just don't treat the customer right.

My hot water heater went out. It was the upper thermostater that needed to be replaced. He said I should replace the lower one too, so I did. The service call to come to our home which is only 2 1/2 miles from their shop cost $70.00 . The whole bill was $120.93 They don't clean up their mess when they are done. but the work is done quick.
