We were in Smith's parking lot on Valley Street. Your driver perceived that we didn't see him so he hit our car very hard with his hand, then gave us a hand gesture!! We will NEVER use your company and pass the word to others!! How unprofessional!! You're making leave a star to out this, but I would leave e no stars

I would give negative stars if I could. I did not, and will not ever use this business based off of the reckless driving I experienced late on a Friday night. If a police officer had been present to witness whoever the driver of the van was, he would have been arrested and the vehicle would have been impounded. This driver was driving with brights on shining in people's eyes, tailgating, speeding at probably 75 mph in a construction zone, flipping people off. At one point he got in front of another vehicle and slammed on his brakes just to be a jerk. UNBELIEVABLE! All this while driving a van that has a phone number written on it. Someone like this should not be on the streets, let alone in my home or yours!

We received excellent service with good attention to detail. They installed a mini-split air conditioner system in a very old rental property. The job took longer than expected but they got it right and within the quoted budget. Thanks for a quality install.

We had the worst experience EVER with them today. First they tech Romeo got to my house before my husband and parked in the dive way taking up the entire drive away (and his van was leaking oil) he didn't want too run all the testes that needed to be done and said he didn't have the tools to run the test. Why didn't he come prepared? What a waste of money. We will NEVER EVER use them again!!! Romeo gave the worst customer service ever.

I had the owner come out to repair my kitchen sink put in a faucet (a faucet I purchased) a disposal (he would got for me $79.29 at Home Depot his) charge $170), a valve on my air conditioner a total charge of $772. Got another bid for $364 includes disposal,
Had him bid out Stop & Waste leek $1500 vs $600. Heater part to be replaced his bid $415 vs $250. Watch out for this plumber he likes to double or triple the going rate

I would not recommend this company too anyone. I. Made an appointment for them to cone out and replace my furnace, when they finally came out 2 weeks after they were supposed to cone out i was told it would only take a day or 2 too complete the job it was finally accomplished after a week,thinking i would be done and happy i just found out that the furnace i requested and paid a lot of money for a 98% efficient furnace and says on my receipt but the furnace that was actually installed is only an 80% efficient furnace not only is it not the one i wanted/paid for the whole reason i wanted it was because it would have saved me on my heating bills but it's also cheaper then the one i actually paid for.i was completly ripped off.

Our aging AC unit died two days ago and it's HOT. So we called these guys and they came right out. Their rep was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered our questions about other services we were considering. Unfortunately the stars end there. After the problem was diagnosed we got stuck with an undisclosed $54 ""dispatch fee"" which could be credited to the repair and were quoted $487 to replace the contactor. Yes, I should have asked, but I still feel it still should have been disclosed in these days of free estimates. When we asked for a parts/labor cost breakdown we were told parts were ""about 60% of the cost"" which was a red flag. Needless to say, we opted to sleep on it since we were now facing repair vs. replacement. Last night my husband did some research and found the part itself is incredibly cheap and that the fix was one of the more simple ones. This morning I called several places and was consistently quoted in the $180s for the same problem. $487 vs. $180? Wow. Since I'd already paid $54 for the diagnosis there was no guilt in going elsewhere. And it ended up being an under 30-minute fix.

I am honestly saying that this is one of the better companies out there, for the type of work they do and the summer being very hot they offered me same day service and when I was given ""the time frame"" everyone dreads it was a short frame and they were on time. It was nice they called a head of time as well to let me know they were coming. Great customer service!
