Trent charged us 370$ to run his camera 15 feet down an existing drain pipe. It took around 7 minutes. Thats after I took the time to cut the concrete, hammer drill the cement, clean the hole out and cut the pipe for him to run his camera. We are still in shock.

10.22.2020 I called saying my bathroom faucet is spraying water like a fountain and the toilet flap is losing its seal. When the plumber showed up, he told me that he didn't have the parts to fix it but I will need need to pay his trip fee$125 even though he didn't fix anything. He said I need to pay another $125 for him to come back with parts, plus parts and additional labor charge if it took more than one hour. I was not shy to say that I don't think I should have to pay $125 for him to tell me that I have a problem and not fix it for me. I understand that I need to pay for parts but charging me again $125 + to come back because he doesn't have a toilet flap and generic faucet. I was shocked that he won't do partial reimbursement of $125 be rolled into the final bill when he fixes the problem. I am disappointed and will not use them anymore. I have used them a couple of times in the past since I try to support small business. I won't use them anymore since they really ticked me off!!

Our water heater wouldn't stay lit. I called Trent while he was on the road, and he asked me to text him my info. He came an hour later, got it fixed, and was on his way. He took me seriously, took care of business, and we're on our way. Could I ask for anything more?

We had some sort of clog in our main drain and the toilet and shower were flooding all over the place. When I called Healey's the plumber was at my house within 10 minutes and fixed the clog for far less than I thought it would cost. I couldn't be happier. Now I get to take a shower again!

I had a clogged pipe in my laundry room late at night that was backing up into my bathtub. Called Healey and they came within the hour and did a great job of fixing it. The bill was much less than I expected and Greg was very professional to work with.
I need more plumbing work done in my house so I will definitely be calling them again.
