They were great over message, clear about their rate which was similar to other quotes we got, and it was easy to get the toilet fixed.

This guy (and small team) is the real deal.

In the process of getting our almost 100 year old house on the market, we stumbled into some issues with the old plumbing.

We reached out to Heafeys in the evening, and they arrived for an estimate the next morning. He worked up a detailed estimate to address the immdiate issues. He also wrote up a more in depth recommendation, which would bring the plumbing up to current code. These estimates were emailed to me and I was able to approve and schedule both, by text message.

The work was performed the following day. After work was complete, the company called us to give an overview and send invoicing which I was able to pay in moments on my phone. The communication was outstanding the whole way through.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable folks. Prompt and professional service. Quality work for a fair price.

Our 3 compartment sink had a small leak. After reaching out to Heafey's they were able to quickly respond and send over someone right away. Ryan was able to address the issue free of charge! Told us that there was just a loose fastener that needed to be tighten and gave us background knowledge of the work that was done before so we can better prepare for any future problems. Would highly recommend.

Almost gave up after dealing with some of these other plumbing companies. Just needed for someone to shoot us straight. Was so happy when we ran into Heafey's Plumbing. Ryan was STRAIGHT forward and got to the point into exactly what was needed and which company toilets he would recommend. He switched out 3 toilets in one day at fraction of the cost these other bigger companies were quoting. We haven't had any problems since. And as a token on top he even installed our bidets we got from Amazon. Will definitely be recommending to my family and friends!
