HORRIBLE. We called to schedule an appt and spoke with someone on 12-13 to schedule a date and time. They said they would come out on 12-16. Well, guess what Friday 12-16 came waited, waited, waited for the time frame they said between 9 am - 11 am. No one ever showed up and when you call them they act surprised as if they knew nothing about it. So then the lady says we can get to you on 12/22 between 3-5 pm. Well, today is HERE and they say we need a service fee of $75-100. Ma'am, I was told I could pay $75 on-site, but now you want money upfront. I'd be a fool to give them any $$ when they couldn't hold up their end of the bargain on the 1st scheduled appointment back on 12-16. It is so Sad trying to patronize our own PPL and the service given.

I got attentive, exemplary service from Heads. We had to repair our sewer line to the street (ugh) and they made it relatively painless for less than half of one quote we received. Torian and Ashley were great about communicating issues with me. They've got a customer for life!

Called on Tuesday July 12th, to schedule an appointment for July 15th for a toilet installation. The appointment was scheduled for an arrival time between 3 and 4. It's now 5:15; no call, no show. I got their info off of Nextdoor. I will not be calling to reschedule. They deserve no stars.

I contacted Head's Plumbing at the end of October 2017. I called to stop my toilet backing up they came out and the tech suggested I add new septic line from my house to the tank. I paid them extra for that in all I have paid $1325 to un stop a toilet which still is not unstopped. The first time he left it backed up two days later it took them another three weeks to come back. Then the young guy complained about him having to come back and not getting paid again for doing so. I explained the job was not done, and I was not at work and not getting paid to be home waiting on the repairs each time that was not complete, he still said he had to come back. The last time he came he did not stop the toilet from backing up he put a camera in the line and said there was a measuring tape in the line, probably from a contractor who put in the new toilets. He showed it to me and I said well get it out. He stated he had to make something to catch it because of where it was located. I have not heard from him since that time. I have been out of my home waiting on him to come back for the repairs. I came back four days ago and with the toilet still backing up everything in the house that has a drain is still unusable. HEADS PLUMBING CAMBELTON ROAD. I am still waiting on my repair if you can't do it sent someone or give me my $1200 back. I cannot wait another week or send someone who can get the job done. Uggh!! Hope to rescind this upon repair. Found out the top of the septic tank he dug up has a hole in it as well.

I had a leak inside my walls coming from one bathroom upstairs to another bathroom ceiling in the lower level. They came in made the repair quickly and cleaned up everything. I called a another company that was going to charge me a lot more to do the exact same job. They are excellent.

I needed my septic tank pumped. I had it pumped 15 years prior. Torian and his assistant came out, dug it up in two places. The guy that did it 15 years ago only did the exit side. The front side was full. I am so thankfull that there are still people and companies out there that take pride in their work and do it with integrity. Many thanks to Torian and Heads Plumbing for getting me fixed up.

Appointment date came, I called the morning of to confirm they were still coming in the afternoon, and was informed the tech would arrive closer to 5pm (block of time given to me was 3-5pm) due to another job. I called at 5:15pm to check on status and was told the tech would call me to let me know around what time they'd arrive. How inconsiderate to call me at 7:30pm! Horrible customer service. If something so simple as calling a customer to let them know the status, I can only imagine how they handle larger issues. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I wasn't forced to.

My appointment was scheduled early this week for 3pm-5pm today. I recieved a call at 3pm lettibg me know that I needed to pay $100 before they would dispatch a technician, since it was """"after hours"""". I called back to make the payment, but I had a few questions first. Ms. Maddox was very argumentative and avoided answering my questions. After I gave my credit card information, I was called by the owner to tell me that they would not be coming out due to """"too many red flags"""". Very sketchy and unprofessional. I would not recommend utilizing this company.

I made an appointment one week before the appointment date. I was given a 9-11 appointment window. At 10:40 a.m. I called to confirm someone would actually show - I was placed on hold by a friendly representative. She came back to the phone to tell me she couldn't answer my question and needed to talk to the office (well, that's who I called). It's 11:08 a.m. and no one has arrived nor have I received a phone call. A morning wasted due to poor communication and ineptness - time is money.

Negative ratings are not an option! I made an appt with Head's Plumbing just to have my hot water heater inspected. No problems at all its just a condition of our HOA to have this done. The extremely pleasant lady that made the appointment quoted me a price of $65.00 and if any repairs were needed this would go toward the final cost, which was fine. My appointment was set for three days later between 9-11am at 10:15 a gentleman called and said he was on his way. Cool..then he says the service call for him to come out is $65.00 and the inspection is $125.00. I explained to him I was person I spoke with it would be $65.00, he then claims that the lady that made the appt did not know what she was talking about (these are his exact words). If you have someone answering your business phones and making appts with customers that I assume this is the way you make a living by having a plumbing business why would she not be properly trained? He then says she is new, here again why hasn't she been trained. I them asked for him to have a manager call me. This experience didn't get any better. He says we change receptionist all the time and they are not trained to listen to the key words when a customer calls and a quote is given. I asked for an appt to have my hot water heater inspected..no tricky words in the sentence at all. Around and around we went, finally when I said..please explain to me where I as a customer did anything wrong. I spoke clearly, she understood and I was given a price and the appt was scheduled. But because you fail to train employees on what an inspection consist of (looking at a pilot light, and some other foolishness he added, I now have to scramble and find a plumber to inspect it today not to mention I took today off for this. He asks for me to hold on and comes back and said they would charge me the $65.00 but he would not open up anything and look at it. Just would listen and look for any leaks. Byron Harden arrived and looked at my hot water heater as I read to him what my HOA was requiring. On my receipt he wrote: This water heater is up to code There are no visible leaks There is a thermal expansion tank on the cold water line The unit is set in a drip pan. This water heater is past it's life expectancy (this is not what was required). Byron Harden then says to me and I recorded this on my phone: if the HOA makes me purchase a new one it would help his business because I would purchase it from them. Sad to say this is the first time I have ever dealt with a business that is so unorganized and obviously have cooked business practices. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
