Bobby came out and worked on my burst hot water heater. Was at my home so fast, shut off the valve another plumbing company didn't have the courtesy to turn off, Bobby capped off the line and got my house so l could use our home over the weekend until l could speak to an adjuster.

Bobby and son are awesome! Installed toilet for us and sink. Also came out for another problem and fixed a copper pipe in our wall that had rusted over the years from a nail and leaked into our walls. They made us feel super comfortable and reassured us that it would be fixed!!

Bobby Ruiz (and his son Chris) is simply the best plumber that Planet Earth has ever produced. I have used him in numerous occasions over the past 8 years for my homestead and for my three rental properties. He has saved my butt so many times I don't even want to count.

I recently called him to fix a kitchen sink leak, to replace the water inlet valves throughout the house, and to snake the master bath tub. Bobby and his son (soon to be a Master Plumber himself) tag-teamed the duties and got it done in record time.

The best part about Bobby is that you always know that he gets to the true root of whatever problem you give him and he gets the job done right. I was forced to use other plumbers in the past because of emergencies and they all just flubbed up the job. I had to call Bobby to fix what the other guys misdiagnosed or simply didn't know how to fix.

I accidently called the wrong Bobby 6 years ago and it was the BEST wrong call I had ever made!! My husband and I know nothing about plumbing and bought this huge house. When they first came out it was for something minor. Then I had to call them again for something else. If it wasn't one thing it was another. It got to where he knew me by name and phone number. He also suggested that while they were there they could kill two birds with one stone, so if I had anything like changing out an old faucet for a newbie etc they could do that while they were there so they wouldn't have to keep charging a fee for coming out. If the job takes two.. they work together, if not, then one does one thing while the other does the other which saves on time and money. They are sooo dependable and as nice as can be as well. I have referred them many times and they prove me right every time! I will use NO ONE else! I can't recommend them highly enough!
They are by far the BEST in town!

My boss always used Bobby for the office and for his home, so when I needed to install a new sink in my home and have the disposal moved from one side to the other, I called him. He even called to say he was running 30 min late for the appt, which is VERY RARE. He did a fine job! Will definitely use him again when needed.

4 years ago, a friend told me about Bobby. Why did I need his services? We were facing our 2nd break in the waterpipe line that runs from our house to the curb. Both times had happened when we were away from the house for several days during the winter, when the ground would freeze then warm, thus causing the pipe to break. Expensive to fix because the pipe needs to be dug down to then replaced. So, after the second break in a house built just 12 years prior, I was very frustrated. When I called Bobby he gave me a quote that was not unsubstantial. He was sending a crew of 3 to dig down to pipe on a slope that included a retaining wall. They arrived promptly, and within a couple of hours, Bobby called with good news. They had found the break without having to go under the wall, and he suggested an alternative, putting in a new kind of flexible pipe that would literally be snaked through the old pipe to the curb. He assured me the new pipe would not break, that the material and design of it would make it less likely to break than the old one. He reduced his quote. But this wasn't the last of the problems with the house to curb pipe. Almost one year later, we discovered water coming from the access point where the pipe hooks into the city's line. Called Bobby, and he came out to replace a broken part for no cost. He explained the piece he had put in one year prior was defective. Since then, Bobby has been a lifesaver, replacing old rusty bolts in our toilets, fixing a badly installed bathtub faucet, and fixing a DIY project at the kitchen sink that cost us thousands in water damage. Wish we'd called Bobby first, who, by the way, can be counted on to come by quickly in an emergency, even on the weekend. I highly recommend The Headplumber!

Bobby & Chris were SO easy to work with! They are both very professional and knowledgeable. With their ears to the ground, they located a leak under our kitchen floor and worked diligently to repair the pipe. They also fixed two toilet leaks, two shower heads and our kitchen faucet.
