HDZ repiped my house, moved my water heater outside, and replaced my faucets and shower heads in the bathrooms. They were courteous, punctual, and professional. They were always ready to answer my questions and explained their process clearly. They came in a timely fashion, patched up my walls so they are ready for primer and paint. I was referred to them by a friend and glad I chose HDZ to do the work. I am highly satisfied.

Ralph and his team did an amazing job installing a whole-house water filtration system, a new tankless water heater, and replacing a leaky gas pipe that feeds my pool heater and firepit. Excellent execution. Work was clean . Crews were efficient, and the pricing was more than fair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! ...and I am picky.

I called 4 companies total for ""rooter"" services as every drain was becoming sluggish.
They had the best price quote. (From within $5 to as much as $85 of the others)..
They made sure to repeat that a diagnostic will be done without guarantee of the price to fully unclog.
Which showed me they were respectful, open and honest.

The arrival was on-time. I was called when on the way.

Matthew was exceptional. He explained everything to me. He did the ""rooter"" as much as possible then called me in to view the lighted-camera going down/thru the pipe drain.
HE SHOWED ME EVERYTHING.
He answered questions with patience and discussed a variety of alternative solutions then called the owner to re-discuss.

Very fair price!
I called a couple of other places and explained the work planned they both ""guesstimated"" much higher.

I will be using them for the necessary annual service cleanings from now on!

Do not hesitate. Call these people first.

And their office is centrally located in Hawthorne (near El Segundo/LAX/Inglewood, etc). But they go everywhere.

HDZ installed a few drain pipes in my condo last month.

Matthew (the lead) is truly amazing. He is humble, honest, professional & extremely knowledgeable. He designed & configured the new drain pipes & patiently explained to me over & over again until I understand. I asked him so many questions during the job process & he always answered to me with a smile (I could tell he was already very tired). He is truly an asset to the company.
This is the 1st time I used HDZ. But I m totally convinced that their plumbers are very skilled & experienced. They did an excellent job and the pricing is reasonable.

We are very pleased & impressed with the professionalism of HDZ staff when they installed our Halo 5 Water Purifying system in October 2021. Team was led by Alex who was not only technically skilled & knowledgeable, but was very punctual, courteous, honest & trustworthy. Very professional. They uninstalled our previous system Culligan and installed the new Halo 5 tank in a few hours. Very minimal downtime. I give HDZ five stars for the exemplary service and highly recommend Alex and their team of skilled technicians to do any plumbing service needs.

I also wand to mention & commend their prompt backoffice team who was so quick in providing & revising quotes according to agreed terms. Their customer service & backoffice team led by Ralph & Maria Gonzales was extremely helpful and was easy to deal with.

If all service companies are as customer oriented like HDZ, it will truly be a joy for homeowners to deal with any home issues!

These people don't even deserve one star, THEY ARE THE WORST. They are not plumbers and they ant even good at sewer cleaning. Do not go near them. They think only of themselves and how to take advantage of you. Once you sign on the dotted line you are done. They will LEAVE you hanging and go to anther job in the middle of your job. Then they leave that job and go to another and so on. They promise you three weeks and your job will not get done for four months and you have to find a real plumber to come and redo and repair all their mistakes.
In another words, if you are looking for frustrations, agony and a horrible experience then I still tell you DON'T DO IT.

A year ago I would have recommended HDZ but Ralph (the owner) has lied to me and not shown up or called too many times. Don't trust him. He pretends to be nice and cooperative but doesn't deliver. His workers are honest and trustworthy but he is not. Unfortunately, the company operates from the top down and the top is a deceiver.

I highly recommend HDZ plumbers. I have had a few minor plumbing problems over the years and HDZ came recommended by a friend. They do a great job at a fair price. Last week, Anthony came out to my home because the air gap by the sink has been overflowing when the dishwasher is running. Anthony walked in with one tool because he was fairly certain that was all that he would need. He was right. He fixed my problem in minutes and taught me how to fix it myself when the problem inevitably returns. And since this is still Covid times I will add that he came in with mask and gloves.
From now on I will always request Anthony but other HDZ plumbers have been here before and they've always been great....I just thought it was time to finally write a review.

We had some major sewer work at a residential location. We used HDZ Plumbing and Sewer and found them to be highly professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They were on-time, they explained the problem and how to solve it, and they got the job done. We would highly recommend them to family/friends and they now have been our to go plumber for any issues. The supervisor, Anthony, and his crew Hector and Wicho were also wonderful to work with. Thank you for your work especially to Anthony for providing us with a competitive price and completing the work.
