Extremely rude and unprofessional. I have used them a couple of times, not by choice, and every single time the service is less than satisfactory. In addition, if you leave a message, don't expect a call back. It will not happen. Their excuse is that they are too busy. As a business, you either get more people or just simply say that you have no room for extra customers. One last thing, don't argue with a customer on the phone. Customers problems are always bigger than yours.... always...you are there to provide a service while getting pay....not to argue with customers.

Our furnace repair was set up through Choice Home Warranty. The first company sent out totally missed the problem. The tech with HD Service was prompt and quickly diagnosed the true problem. Parts were ordered and after a return visit, the furnace is working! Great customer service! Very satisfied with this company and will definitely use them and recommend them in the future.

Our air conditioner wasn't working and of course it was hot hot hot. My husband is disabled and needs AC so I was a bit panicked. We called a few places but HD was willing to come right away. The technician was clean, courteous and found the issues quickly. Prices were reasonable and professionally done. AC was back on in less than a hour. Highly recommend them for your jobs. We will use them again in the future

4 different technicians have been sent to our house and each one has found something different wrong with our unit. We were told the ""part needed to fix it"" would be in after about a week and a half, it's been over a month since they said that. I called to ask about the part last week and they said we were approved and to schedule a time for it to be fixed, they sent a technician who told us the part hasn't even come in yet and there must have been a mixup in paperwork. We have been without AC for about 2 months now, at this rate we won't even need the thing to be fixed because it will be cold outside.

Home warranty company had H D Service respond to our need to repair our busted ductless mini split a/c. Was so pleasantly shocked when the home warranty outfit advised me H D would be out to our house a mere three (3) hours after phoning (...phoned at 11:00am; H D showed up 2:10pm...)...e.g. Same Day Service! Great, given it's 96°! I thought I was going to hear the old ""...in a few days..."" routine. Did not.

Anyway, JAY showed up and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Part was ordered and no sooner than H D received that part ( two days later), H D returned to our house and installed that part and got us back into the comfort of air conditioning.

JAY was/is a consummate HVAC licensed professional. He was/is friendly, customer service oriented, skillful, and helpful. JAY is/was a great listener and makes certain you're satisfied with the work performed.

H D Service will be called whenever we have HVAC needs. SANDY sets up the appointments and goes out of her way to provide an appointment time that works for you. These folks treat you like family. H D Service, services Lawrence! Thanks!

They should get 0 stars....
I called my home warranty company 2 weeks ago. Hugh came the next day saying it was the main board. Later that week he STILL didn't have approval for the part, a week later he said it would be delivered Wednesday (2 days ago) and prob be installed Thurs or Friday...it's Friday 10 pm, and now the blower is broken, we have NO HEAT.... called home warranty who called HD service co & of course THEY CAN NOT COME OUT TONIGHT, it's only 14 degrees, they will call in the morning. THANK YOU HD SERVICE. -- you don't deserve one star!

My home warranty company assigned this company to fix an issue with my central air conditioning. I went online to look them up and then became a little leary, just because of one previous review. But I had NO ISSUES! It was a weekend, hot, he responded and fixed the issue within 24 hrs of initial contact with the company. After he came to the house, he had the a/c working again in about 1 hour. The ac its self was fine, but the breaker needed replacing. Great customer service and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.
