Bad business ethics, robbers, go with anyone but them, had them do some work, they provided over priced cost and no professional customer service, will never use them again and highly don't recommend

Let's just say I am in the process of suing Rob the owner and his company HD plumbing. Rob came out to my home and gave me an estimate for some work I needed done. He asked for a $2,300 deposit. Within 5-10 minutes of my husband sending him the money, I decided I no longer wanted his services due to his unprofessionalism. He was deceptive during our conversation, saying he would have to check with his manager about certain services we were interested in. We later found out there is no """"manager"""" because he is the owner of the business. Along with his high ego and unprofessional demeanor Rob also brought his son to our home; his son proceeded to wipe his Dorito-filled hands on my white sofa and chair, then opened my fridge and demanded that I serve him soda. Save yourself and your home from the dark energy Rob drags around with him everywhere he goes...
