I called HD Plumbing for a water heater replacement. I received a quote quickly and upon approval the work was scheduled and water heater installed the same week. They were extremely professional throughout the process from the office staff to the field staff who installed the water heater. I would most certainly use them again!

OK, they put in the water heater in my new construction home, it has gone out 4 times in 3 years, all the same problem, they said we're too busy, call someone else it's under warranty... FOUR TIMES, they refused to honor their work, this last time, she just hung up on me, when i asked when the soonest they could come out... they are a DISHONEST business, that got paid already and now will not honor their work, i am currently reporting them to the BBB and to my states attorney, for shady practices

Needed a main pipe replaced due to corrosion. The tech that came out was very friendly and went above and beyond. They also worked with the city to get someone out to turn off the water to do the job.

So Pavel comes over after lunch and plugs the toilet with da turd. I mean it's huge one from da pierogis and potato pancakes and da kielbasas an prime ribs. talkin jammed it up reel good. so we call da plummer from da hd plumbing inc and send a guy quick an he uses rodding tool to unplug it like right now. he said its biggest he's seen in forever but gave us da good price and I make anton and pavel pay it cause they plug it up all da time anyways. stinks so bad but at leats shes all clear. Hd is really really good plummer outfit so call them when its plugged up. ok then. we rocknrollin now. haha.
