These folks are super!! Came to my house on a Saturday when the weather was awful and got my main drain unstopped enough to drain water that had backed up into my shower from a toilet flush!! Ran a camera down into the main drain and found roots in the pipe. Returned this week and installed a clean out valve and replaced about 20 feet of pipe that had cracked allowing the roots to grow into the pipe. GREAT JOB---reasonable fees!!! Quality was tremendous and value good!!! I AM NOT BILL R FROM SAN FRANCISCO I AM BILL R IN TRUSSVILLE ALABAMA!!

Mike now that I found out you are the Owner, this to the Public to be aware when using this company. On January the 2nd of 2025 Mike answered a service call that was placed by our warranty company 2-10 to service our Garbage Disposal, Mike came in he was paid $75.00 for the service fee first he looked in our sink stating that he needs to replace the strainer I said to him you need to cut out my sink he said no the strainer he proceeded to open the cabinet where the dispossal was with a flashlight he took pictures and stated yes you need a new disosal I will send them to the company and they will get back to me in the mean time I need to run to Talladaga and I will be back, time went by for about and 1/2 hour I then received a call from the warranty company letting us know what Mike findings were which 2-10 had him on a seperate line my company stated that per Mike we needed a new Garbage Disposal and a Strainer that will cost us $285.00 dollars which would come out of our pockets because our warranty company does not cover it. what he didn't know is my husband was working from home and was upstairs during his visit but when he came down I told him what was said he took the phone and had harsh words with our company because MIKE is a scammer. what Mike didn't know is my husband is a CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER and there is no such thing as a strainer on a Garbage Disposal make it make sense Beware! so Mike I will be calling you to return our $75.00 Service Fee!.
