Called these guys at 8:00. They were there by 10:00. Our garbage disposal was broken and leaking. He got us a new one and installed it right away.

Everyone I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable.

What more can I ask for!

Beware of American Home Shield and their recommendation of this company! I have a hot water heater that is broken and water leaked all over my basement. I had to turn the water main off to prevent further damage. Cannot get through to HCD via the phone number provided and no one is calling me back. Told I may have to wait in excess of 24 hrs. to even make an appointment. Unacceptable in an emergency for a service that is paid for monthly in the event of a situation of this nature.

I do not recommended them. Staff is friendly, but I found that based on quotes and work performed by others, HCD Sewer and Drain, LLC wanted to rip me off. I would have been out of over $1K if I had followed their advice. They wanted to do major unnecessary work and asked me to pay for additional components that later I found to be covered by the home appliance/systems warranty. I don't know what's in their hearts, but if their intent was not to get over, I definitely question their technical skills. As a result of their high estimate, it caused me to go back and forth with American Home Shield (AHS), get a second opinion, and ultimately cancel the contract with AHS due to their work request mismanagement. Ultimately, if they (HCD Sewer and Drain, LLC ) had done their job, which by the way only took a couple of hours to do by Lowe's plumbers, I would have never canceled my contract with AHS. AHS wanted me to stick with HCD Sewer and Drain, LLC or pay me only for the price of the water tank. I had already been without hot water for over a week, so I was tired of their BS. Unfortunately, I ended up paying out of my pocket, but in the end, I feel good about not having to deal with AHS anymore and contractors like HCD Sewer & Drain, LLC.

I've used HCD twice now, and they are amazing. Donnie does a wonderful job. He doesn't only fix the issue he also explains what happened. Extremely helpful, and I know the job will get done each time. I highly recommend them for your home plumbing needs.

From the first time I called them to having the work completed, everyone was extremely courteous and professional! They showed up when they said the would and got my water heater replaced with no issues. Would highly recommend !

Horrible plumbers, do a barely half way job and then are dishonest about it, throwing customers under the bus with home warranty companies. Here are the details I have experienced....

HCD responded to a stoppage at my home. Donnie, a plumber for 20+ years he said, not only did not do a thorough job by checking my internal home drains and their flow, but was dishonest on reports to my home warranty company.

He claimed he snaked all my internal drains when he did not, as I was with him the entire call. He also did not run water and check all toilets until I had to ask him to do so the second time they came for the same blockage that he did not fix the first time.

In addition, he was dishonest to ME about what he told me was in the initial report, and I had to find out from the Home Warranty Company what he truly reported. I'm not sure if he has an agreements with the warranty companies....behind the scenes, nonetheless he is not to be trusted.

6 weeks later, I still have the SAME STOPPAGE in my internal house lines, my warranty company won't send someone out because of information Donnie put in his report. At least he could have been honest with me so I would not have to deal with undue STRESS in dealing with a Home Warranty company - would have been professional and nice.

This company does not do a thorough job, especially if you have a Home Warranty Plan, improperly documents and is dishonest on reports to home warranty companies, and seems to be in sync with them to help them avoid covering services under the plan customers pay for.
