I called HC Edwards Plumbing to cap off an outside gas line that ran to an old fixture in the back yard (left by the previous home owners). I spoke with Jason a couple of times prior to the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and professional. On the day of the appointment, he called ahead to let me know he was on the way and arrived exactly on time. We looked at the gas line together and he explained the solution he had in mind and provided a couple of alternatives (but we went with his first choice). He wrapped up the work in no time and did an expert job!

I am very happy with this experience and as we get settled in to our new home, HC Edwards Plumbing will definitely be our first choice for any future plumbing needs.

Since we've got some extra time during the quarantine, putting a couple gardens in the backyard seemed like a great way to do something productive to pass time. It would've been extremely difficult with a broken backyard faucet. Thanks for being open and coming to our rescue during the covid-19 pandemic. Jason, was quick reply to my request to fix our outdoor faucet. He took his time and helped me understand how to make repairs if I ever had an issue with the faucet in the future.

Do not use this service!
We had called for an emergency because we had a toilet that was leaking at the base and my girlfriends elderly mother law could not use it.
I live on a Hill in Cedar Hill. My driveway is about 30 feet long and does have a considerable incline but even the smallest of cars have no issue with the hi. My dad has a Prius that he parks in my driveway every week.
He shows up while I'm at work and explains to my girlfriend that his van is new and my driveway is so scary that he wouldn't even try to do the job. I mean it might be hard to Cary a tool box the 30 feet to my door. When I called him about it and told him very squarely (yes I may have used a few choice words) that I didn't appreciate it. He, like the coward he is, calls not me but my girlfriend and bitches her out. All for a job he didn't want to do. So, he is lazy, rude and a coward! Good luck if you select him, maybe if it's not too much, work he will help you.

I hired technicians from this company for a plumbing installation and hookup for new washer and dryers. They came within the hour and cheerfully fixed the valve that leaked. I snapped a few pictures of the valve to Jason via text. Jason bought the valve from a plumbing supply store and cheerfully installed the valve. Then, Jason installed our washer and dryer hookup for our new appliances. I recommend Jason and his staff members heartily.
