Being fairly new to Texas we knew we needed a plumber but didn't know who wo contact. After spending some time going through Yelp reviews, we went with HC Edwards Plumbing, which didn't disappoint. I called him in the morning and he was able to come that afternoon. We had been dealing with a clogged kitchen sink. After trying different things that didn't work, we knew we needed an expert. Jason knew the main issue right away, and then noticed another issue - a hairline fracture in a copper pipe, which was causing a water leak. He remedied both situations quickly. He was thorough and had everything needed to repair the copper pipe. Jason and Jonathan (his nephew) worked amazingly quick and efficient. Considering what all was needed, we found his price to be reasonable. Peace of mind = priceless! Thank you Jason and Jonathan for your quick response, professionalism, and great quality of work!

SUPER EXPENSIVE. Make sure you get a quote before he starts working on your house. We didn't, and that was our mistake. Long story short, he showed up and fixed one problem, but discovered another. He quoted us $2500 to replace a water heater and said he'd be back the next day. $2500! We did some research that night and realized how expensive that was and told him the next morning that we'd find someone with more reasonable rates to do the job. (He tried to justify the high cost because of it being in the attic of a 2 story home. He said there's a premium for that...which is apparently about a $1000-$1500 premium.) He didn't like that very much so when he billed us for the work he had done the day before, he charged us $225 an hour. I couldn't find any plumbers anywhere in Dallas that charge that much. He justified it by saying that's what he charges to work in attics in the summer in Texas. Another one of his "premiums." I think he was just price gouging us because he was mad we wouldn't let him do a $2500 water heater installation. He also demanded we pay that day via credit card and he charged us the 3% credit card transaction fee.

I gave him two stars instead of one because he was on time and knowledgeable. I'm certain he can fix whatever plumbing project you need help with. Just make sure you get a quote in advance or prepare to be taken advantage of.

Jason was amazing, I had water gushing out of my kitchen sink at 8:00 p.m. and he was here at 8: 35pm, took his time and fixed what was wrong and replaced faulty installed equipment. He was very polite, punctual and very nice. I felt very comfortable and will call him again if there is ever another problem.

We were in need of a plumber but being new to TX, we didn't know who to use. I looked on Yelp and sent out a request for a quote. I had two companies in mind that seemed good from their reviews. HC Edwards was one of those two companies. Jason was quick to respond with a flat rate quote. After getting other quotes and other replies, I decided to get more info on payment and etc. from Jason. It all sounded reasonable so I decided to go with HC EdwardsPlumbing. Jason was able to fit our project in on the same day. He arrived on time, came prepared to protect the cabinet and floor and even cleaned up afterwards. He had the project done quickly as well. I am very happy with Jason's work and I would definitely recommend!

I can't say enough nice things about this company! I have used them twice and both times they were SO quick that they where able to come out same day and give great advice on our plumbing issues. I would highly recommend them!!

Found them on yelp. Left a message and they actually returned my call. We set up a date and time and he was transparent about how the plumbing services would be charged.
They were punctual and set right to work. They were able to locate the broken pipe in the front yard, digging up water saturated, heavy mud.
They quickly repaired the pipe and put the yard back together. They were fair on the price, quick to respond, punctual for the appointment, and I had a great experience. If all plumbers were like HC Edwards, the industry would have a different feel and reputation.

Nice guy but pretty expensive. Ask up front what things cost - we paid over 2k for a p-trap replacement and connecting a sink. Wasn't expecting to pay that much especially since my wife and I went out for the parts and provided many of the tools to cut the pipe. Was available on short notice, so that was nice.
