With a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, Kara Hoffman Bays enhances our team. Starting her career in Florida as a Design Engineer, she worked on plumbing, fire protection, medical gas, and mechanical systems for hospitals.

After acquiring design and code knowledge, she transitioned to the construction field, acting as the owner's representative for plumbing and mechanical coordination while supervising the installation of hotel kitchens and restaurants.

Gary Bays, our Mechanical Qualifier, is certified by the EPA. Gary's background includes work on hospitals, hotels, airports, and sports arenas across South Florida. He is affiliated with AWS and directs the Certified Welding (ASME) and Brazing initiatives.
