Once she gained design and code experience, she moved into construction, serving as the owner's representative for plumbing and mechanical coordination and overseeing hotel kitchen and restaurant installations.

Gary Bays serves as the Mechanical Qualifier and holds EPA Certification. Gary's background includes work on hospitals, hotels, airports, and sports arenas across South Florida. He is a member of AWS and oversees the Certified Welding (ASME) and Brazing programs.
