You could not ask for a more responsive, honest and courteous company. I called and spoke with Grace, who set me up with an appointment to have Tony come out and do a diagnostic test on a leaky shower. She was very kind and got us set up with the earliest time available, even with their busy schedule.

Tony arrived on time and was super knowledgeable, warm and friendly. He worked very efficiently but took the time to teach me about how the plumbing works behind the shower so I would know as a homeowner what to look for. Overall, a great experience even with the stress of a shower leak.

I have contacted this plumber reqeusting a RECEIPT for my payment to him and he does not respond to me at all. I have spoken to other contractors currently working in my house and have been told that HAYSE charging me $195 to replace my old disposal was way too high and beyond the usual fee for this service........ I was quoted $125 and charged $195. I consider this very unethical

We've had Tony out twice now. He was referred by a friend who was pleased with his service. He's great, comes on time, works diligently and cleans up before he leaves. He's very informative and explains things to me when I ask about the job. Just today he ran a water line from the main line to the kitchen so we could finally use the water and ice feature in the fridge (gotta love an old house). I'll be keeping his number handy for the future!

I called Hayse Plumbing on a Friday at 1 PM after another plumber I had an appointment with never showed up. Tony was at my house within the hour. He installed my kitchen faucet in less than an hour and took the time to fix some small problems with our pipes at no extra cost. He was extremely friendly and obviously competent. I was also impressed by the fact that he wore those blue booties over his shoes to ensure he didn't get our floors and carpet dirty and he took his hat off every time he entered the house. Thoughtfulness and manners are big in my book. I highly recommend him!! Grace, the woman who answered the phone when I called, is also very kind and obliging. Great service all around!!
