Hays Plumbing have been coming to my home when I place a 2-10 issue. Will & Trey have been the guys that always come out! They are Always on time, they make sure the issue is resolved before leaving, and they are very informative and Know what they're doing! I even met the owner Ryan just recently and even he was Cool & down to earth like Will & Trey! I would definitely Recommend them for all your plumbing needs! Thank you Will & Trey! From Ms. B. our landlord chose Hayes Company to replace a toilet. Seems like they did the job right. However I had an issue and the way the customer service/office manager was totally unprofessional. I just purchased my vehicle December 2021 from Carmax and I have a report showing no bodily damage to my vehicle. The plumbers had backed in beside my vehicle and either the driver door or the van door whenever they had to get the new commode from the van nicked my car I don't go anywhere I'm a stay at home mom and I noticed everything on my car. I called and asks your guys if they possibly hit my car maybe they didn't realize it, people make mistakes...immediately I was dismissed called a liar was told if they would've done that they would've held themselves accountable. I ask again ; can you please ask I wouldn't just fabricate a story. I have attached pictures of the transcription after she hung up with me. I know several people that own businesses and there's other ways they could've handled it but she was completely rude and arrogant. I would not recommend this company in the future.

Came out to the house to give an estimate on installing a short segment of gas line. Took their requisite 85 dollar estimate fee, which is rare and should've been a red flag. Quoted the project at over twice what other companies have. Seems to me that they had no intention of taking the job and are just looking to take peoples money. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I would give him no star review if was an option.. First I am a 2-10 home buyer warranty holder. I have a toilet that is leaking at the base. I contacted 2-10 home buyers on the 19th of Nov.2021. Put in a service request. They gave me Hays plumbing. Since it was a Friday and Hays plumbing is not open on weekend I waited for a call back on Monday the 22nd Nov.2021. I finally called them at 3pm that day since I had not received a call from them. I was told by Ryan Hays that it would be after Thanksgiving before he could fix my toilet issue. I then called 2-10 buyers and was told could not change provider due to scheduling. So I excepted it would be after Thanksgiving to fix issue. 2-10 told me I had an apt on 30th Nov.2021. I then called him again on the 29th of Nov.2021 to confirm my apt. I was scheduled for. He said he did not have scheduling book in front of him would have to call me back. I never received a call back. So I called his office number he gave me (706) 587-1470 I got a lady whom when I gave my name proceeded to tell me I was not scheduled at all cause they could not get ahold of me. When they called my number they get Verizon customer not in service. Which I use Tmobile. So I feel Hays plumbing never tried to contact me. I told her I was told by 2-10 buyers that I had apt on 30th Nov.2021. She again said you are not scheduled. So at this point I told her that I do not need their service, and I would be contacting 2-10 buyers to report my concerns with the way they conduct business. I received a hostile call from Ryan Hayes. Who stated I was an entitled B- word and proceeded to curse me out. He stated that 2-10 buyers does not make his schedule. They are rude never contact you. I have issued a formal complaint with 2-10 buyers and have a new provider from them to fix my plumbing issue.

Lady called me back to see why I gave them a bad rating, and she herself was very unprofessional. Stayed whatever to me several times in the conversation and proceed to hang up the phone on me. It would would have been more professional if they fix the issue with my toilet and recommended getting the water pressure valves/regulator put in. I just felt like they were trying to get double money out of us from our warranty company. Knowing that the company did not cover instillation of such part because it didn't currently exists in the home. Staying that it was our fault due to abuse of water pressure. What how do you do that?

They were very rude and unprofessional. They came without masks and when I provided masks, they seemed very angry. I explained that while in our house they would need masks because we are elderly and my husband is ill. They were here five minutes the charge was 75 dollars . The estimate came via email. They charged a fee for wearing a mask and the estimate was 700 dollars higher than than the other plumbers! How do people have no consideration for others??!

Hays Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty provider to clear my clogged sewer line. It quickly became apparent that they only snaked as far as the clog, then pulled out and called the job complete. No water was run through it to confirm that it was clear. I suspected as much, so I had another plumber snake it from the other end, near the street, and he pulled out a massive amount of debris and tree roots. The water ran freely after that. Hays did an incomplete job, and I would not have them back or recommend them to anyone.
