A technician from Hays County Plumbing was dispatched by my home warranty company for a water heater with a pilot light that keeps going out. When he saw that the heater was new (installed 4 months ago), he suggested that the problem was due to poor ventilation. I informed him that the heater had worked for 2 1/2 months with no problems and that the previous heater had gone almost 20 years without the pilot light going out. He declined to examine the heater, left my house and closed the service call. Two days later, the pilot light went out again....

No show. The phone number doesn't work to contact them, the website is not there. They were scheduled by our home warranty.

I was having a problem with my water heater and long story short, these plumbers were able to identify the problem (the wrong water heater had been installed by another plumbing company). Krystal was able to help get the problem resolved with my warranty company. If it had not been for her expertise and tenacity, I would still be going back and forth trying to get the situation fixed. Hays County Plumbing came out and replaced the water heater in short order and I am very grateful to know that behind the name, there are people who care. Hays County Plumbing made a positive difference for me during a difficult situation and I highly recommend them.
