Recommended Customer Reviews

My water heater was examined by a Questar employee who wouldn't/couldn't light it because the ""control valve"" was broken. I called and Jason came out. He knew immediately that there was nothing wrong with my water heater. He lit it and explained that at some point I will need a new one (it is old). He charged me an extremely reasonable price for a house call, but what I really appreciated was his honesty. He could have ""fixed it"" and charged me much more. He took the time to explain everything and had the knowledge to immediately know my unit was old, but in working order. I so appreciated it because, as a woman with limited funds and a healthy dose of cynicism from multiple bad experiences with plumbers and other service men, he restored my faith in the exsistence of good people running an honest business. He was not cheap, but reasonable and honest. I will be calling him every time I need any water repair or update.
