Called Haynes to repair a spigot today. The folks on the phone were friendly and helpful. Robert the plumber came within an hour and fixed our issue right away. We always call Haynes for our plumbing needs and have been luck to have Robert be our repair man a few times. We will continue to use Haynes for any plumbing situation that arises.

Avoid Haynes Plumbing in Stafford, VA. They charge inflated rates for the service provided. Many other equally qualified, reasonably priced options are available. Be sure to ignore Haynes' reply that is certain to follow this review. Let my mistake serve as a warning to you. Go Elsewhere! & avoid their exorbitant prices.

On 18 January 2022, I paid Haynes Plumbing $1,000 to reconnect an installed kitchen sink, garbage disposal and faucet. Immediately after the plumber's departure I found a leak. I asked him to return. The Plumber looked under the sink said I needed a new faucet. After he departed, he did call back and said if I buy a new faucet he would install for free. A closer look by me determined that the cold compression line was apparently too short and had been stretched in order to make the connection which placed excessive stress on the Blanco Faucet insert, part number 440769. I paid $8.00 at Lowes for a 6-inch extension. Problem solved no more leak. On the same visit the Haynes plumber looked at a leak in the basement shower faucet. He was unable to remove the handle, said it needed a totally new system and must tear through the wall behind the shower/tub to accomplish. I removed the handle with a more robust hex key and paid $18.00 at Lowes for washers, springs, and ball. No more leak.

Haynes Plumbing was very professional from the support staff in the office, to the plumbing tech that arrived at my house (Rob). The office staff was responsive and I received a text when they were heading to my home. When the plumber arrived he was very courteous and wanted to help me right away. Arriving at the house they had shoe booties to protect my floors and mask given the pandemic. Rob explained the situation and was very detailed on the issue. When they left my toilet was fixed (no leak) and I couldn't have asked for better service from this company. Going forward Haynes Plumbing will be my go to for all my plumbing needs. Thank you again for the amazing and great service provided today.

Junior came out over the Memorial holiday weekend and fixed my leaky hot water heater. He waived the customary $250 emergency surcharge, which I appreciated. Gave options for future replacement, but did not push me to spend money now for a system that was repairable and had more life in it, which I appreciated. Very pleasant experience overall. If you have plumbing problems, call Haynes Plumbing. Trust me.

They did a great job and communicated well. It was especially difficult since I live in Las Vegas and was attempting to coordinate it with my tennant and the technician. They replaced the water heater and did a couple other small things and in fact never charged me for replacing a broken valve. Nothing but good things to say and I would use them again.

Haynes Plumbing has come out to our house three times right now. Every time they have been prompt to respond to our call for service. Our first issue took too calls to diagnose the problem (simply because it took cutting into a wall to find it!). For our third call, they came out and did a quick check and didn't even charge us! It is so reassuring to have found a plumber we can trust to be fair and competent.

I was initially annoyed when the office called to tell me that the technician was running behind, anticipating the worst, but the technician showed up only five minutes after the arrival time window and was incredibly professional. I can't compare pricing as it was my first plumbing issue, but it seemed fair and the gentleman was in and out in just about 40 minutes!

During some bathroom remodeling, we lost hot water. The reno plumbers couldn't identify the issue, so we called Haynes Plumbing. John was able to schedule an appointment promptly.

He quickly reviewed our hot water heater, and asked a lot of questions. Initially we assumed that we had dry fired our heating elements during the remodel, but John continued to ask questions & went upstairs to look over our newly installed plumbing. He quickly identified that there was another issue with the new diverters in our showers that was causing our lack of hot water (service screws hadn't been tightened!). He saved us a few hundred dollars by accurately identifying the issue & executing a quick fix.

Lastly he gave me advice to ensure that our reno plumbers accurately installed other new plumbing elements for our bathroom renovation, and took extra time out of his day to explain potential pitfalls to look out for. He truly cares about his clients. John was prompt, knowledgeable, and I would recommend his company to any one.

Haynes plumbing has been my go-to company for years. I called them for a 2nd opinion years back , and instead of forking over lots of money to have an outdoor hose bib replaced, as well as indoor drywall work to repair the damage ,Lee determined a simple washer replacement was all that was needed. I've trusted Lee and Hughes plumbing with all my plumbing needs since then.
