We recently purchased a home in Springfield the builder used this company to put in the floors. They installed the laminate during the coldest days, came out once to repair the boards are still coming up, made an appointment for 03/30/2018 no one showed up or called. I gave them a week of not hearing from anyone. Called back spoke with Ashley again, she stated she would have someone call me back to schedule an appointment, never heard from her , called again this morning, she stated she could not find my paperwork , and that they were busy, someone would call me back yet again, to repair not replace the floors that were poorly done in the beginning, I would never use this company again, still waiting to have my floors in my brand new home repaired. All wer want to do is be able to enjoy our home and it not look like we have lived there for years and it has not even been six months.

BigHay replaced the 24-years-old carpet throughout the house along with the (equally old) vinyl flooring in the kitchen, laundry area and both bathrooms. That's 107 square yards of carpet and padding, 47 square yards of sheet vinyl, professionally installed, with all the old stuff removed and disposed of. They did a doggone good job, too; the old place looks just fine, like a new house. And they did it all for just a hair over 35 hundred dollars, which is a more-than-fair price for the quality of both the work and the materials used. The carpet is Shaw (Dyersburg Classic E0947, Antique Silk) with a truly excellent stain-resisting treatment called R2-X that's as good as or better than Scotchgard. We've had a couple of spills and neither of them penetrated the carpet's surface (and one of them wasn't noticed until several hours had gone by). In both cases we simply blotted up the spill; there was nothing to scrub out. The sheet vinyl is Mannington (P2808) in a tile pattern; it is noticeably more substantial than the flooring it replaced, looks like it will stand up to traffic for a long time to come. All in all me and the Missus are very well satisfied and we both recommend BigHay without reservation to anyone wanting to change out their carpet or vinyl flooring.

I am a carpet salesman in houston. I sold a very quality carpet to my father with the understanding he would need to find an installer in Clarksville.
He used this company and not only did the do a bad job with the installation they also told him that I didn't know what I'm talking about and the carpet was cheap. (Real good customer service. Tell ur customer his son is a liar) they made many mistakes only to blame it on everything except their craftsmanship... Or lack there of.
The ended up giving him a quote only to change the price after the job was done. Their excuse... They needed to use more glue than they thought they would.... Last I remember that's ur job as a salesman or installer to know how much glue u need and to give the customer a price. If u bid wrong that is your fault and u eat the cost.
I would not recommend this company.
