Rip Off!! Don't stand by their work, and charge after hour / emergency rates for ANY TIME!

I called these @$$clowns to replace our sprinkler valves in the backyard that started leaking like crazy. They came out on a Sunday to do 10 valves and charged us a total of $860. Keep in mind that these are hunter valves that only cost about $17 at home depot. The rest of that was LABOR!!

9 months later, one of the valves is leaking again. I called once, left a message with a answering service. Waited a week then called called twice, left another message with the answering service. Then waited another week before calling back a third time and left another message on an answering machine. My call was returned a week after the last call (3 weeks waiting) by some Asian dude who says he took over the business. He told me that they only warranty their work for 3 months (the valves have a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer) But to make me happy he would not charge me for the part, just the labor. And then proceeded to tell me that it was a $175 service charge to come out and replace ONE leaking sprinkler valve. I will go buy the valve at the hardware store and do it myself. Thanks for nothin Hayden's!!

Don't use these guys unless you are desperately bent over a barrel, drowning in rising flood waters, AND completely incompetent. OR.. You are lazy and money is no object.

I called over five local electricians in the area and Hayden's Services was only the only one that answered my call during what should have been normal business hours (10 am). Half of my living room was suddenly without power hours before I was to entertain family and I was frantically trying to connect extension cords (turns out to not have been the safest idea) to work around the issue. A technician arrived from the company in the time frame I was given and within an hour and a half the technician had not only isolated the issue, but had repaired it. I also discovered during my service call that they are licensed for sprinkler as well as plumbing services as well and will definitely be calling them for my spring time projects I have planned for my yard.

I'm so impressed with the service I received. We called and scheduled an appointment for the following day between 1pm and 4pm today. Hayden (I believe that's who came out) arrived at 12:50 and was finished with the job by 1:15! He was informative and helpful and had a great sense of humor. I would definitely use this service again and again!

we had three other companys come out and replace the same plug, we still were having problems at the breaker, hayden's came out and found there was a short in out wire and replaced it, that was a week ago and we haven't had any problems. the diagnosis was pretty quick and they were very friendly
