I called Hayden Plumbing recently because one of our hot water heaters was not working. I suspected the pilot light on the unit in the attic had gone out. (I do not like lighting pilot lights, or attics, for that matter.) In very short time, a nice technician showed up and took care of the problem for me. He even looked into possible replacements for that unit, which I had requested. I really appreciated his efforts in this regard. The problem was fixed quickly, and at a reasonable cost. I will definitely be calling Hayden again, when the need arises.
