Called to have our AC condenser unit checked out since it started making a scraping noise. Technician Todd came out quickly and was extremely personable. He checked out our system and explained every step - discovered a capacitor that was nearly dead and causing the fan to startup hard. Capacitor was replaced on the spot and we signed up for their yearly maintenance program. Great to have a friendly, thorough and straight-forward technician come out fast, fix our issue at a reasonable price and get us cool again in the hot Las Vegas summer!

The air conditioner wasn't working in the master and living room. I called and was able to get same day service. The technicians called even to see if they could arrive a couple minutes earlier than our time slot which was great!
