Contacted Joe Fabel at Hawkins about pool light going out. The part was in warranty, but not the labor. He sent a couple techs out within a few days to replace the pool light. They were very professional and did the job in short time. Very, very pleased with the service and price they provided. Would not hesitate calling Hawkins again.

Scotty came out within 3 hours of my call. He was professional and polite and explained in detail what the problem was. He even showed me how to fix a clogged drain myself in order to avoid a service call if it should happen again. All fixed, zero charge because of the warranty. Can't speak highly enough about Scotty. Purchased a solar pool heating system one and a half years ago from solar solutions. Tim's selling point was their 12 year warranty. 1 panel flew off my roof ultimately damaging tow panels. SURPRISE!!!! warranty does not cover damage from wind. Checked the weather service high winds were 18mph the day this occurred. $750 for a new panel and $250 service call. Still down 1 less panel and no responsibility taken for a lousy installation. Two of my direct neighbors have the same exact system installed by solar solutions and they have no damage. Tim says the wind doesn't effect everybody's installation the same, I agree it only effect the sub-par installations. Many solar pool heating options out there, keep looking before signing with solar solutions.

Nathan came out to service our pool heater which had an error code message. Nathan is very knowledgeable and detected the problem almost immediately. We had several questions which he patiently answered them all in a way that gave us a better understanding of our equipment. We highly recommended Nathan especially for anything pertaining to pool equipment.

Poor service. Too expensive. Unable to repair my pool heater despite 4 service calls. I gave up on them and called their competitor GPS. The repair was completed within 30 minutes.

I am a recently new customer to Hawkins and I have used them a couple of times now. I am happy with the service I received. My technician was Jesse. He is very professional, courteous and friendly. The first service I received was for my AC unit for a maintenance check. The last service I received was for duct cleaning. Jesse did an amazing job on both services. I would definitely recommend Hawkins for all your home needs.

Dean installed new Jandy pump and recommend a couple upgrades to make my system run more efficiently. Did a great job despite the 98 degree temperature. All is working beautifully now. Hawkins doesn't always have the cheapest price around, but they are extremely reliable and stand by their work. That's definitely worth a few extra bucks. Thanks guys

Had a """"self - inflicted"""" pool equipment issue that shut down my pump- Hawkins came out within 4 days (other pool service companies were at least a week out, even with the pump being down) and made repairs quickly and efficiently with a reasonable cost.
