We had a clogged toilet, and they came within a 1/2 hour. Fast, efficient, friendly service. They even gave us a handout on how to avoid clogged drains of any kind in the future (i.e. best toilet paper brands etc.) Will use them again!

Same-day service, obviously knew how to check for a variety of problems and then solve the two I had, work cleaned up neatly, and both technician and assistant were polite and very clear about what they were doing, what I'd be charged for, and how to follow up if needed. I'd call the price 'low' for what I got! Will definitely call them again if I need them and recommend them to others.

We had a tub clog and leaking through our kitchen ceiling on the night before a holiday. They were extremely helpful in asking questions to diagnose the issue and provided guidance over the phone which allowed us to stop the leaking. Because of this we were able to schedule an appointment to fix the clog on a normal business day rather than paying double time that night or during a holiday. They arrived promptly, had everything taken care of within an hour, and charged a price that felt fair to us. They also cleaned up the mess after cutting damaged drywall out of the kitchen ceiling. I would use them again.

Called to see if they had any openings for the next day (my day off) and they did. Scheduled an appointment for 10 am, but they didn't come until after 10:45, and that was after I called them to see if they were coming or not. No phone call saying they would be late or anything beforehand. The serviceman came and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. While he was very good, I'm sorry. I'm hesitant to use them again if they aren't able to show up on time. I was a first time customer and they didn't start out on the right foot.

I had a toilet making a god awful noise and called Hawkeye Sewer and Drain in the morning. The owner set up an appointment later in the afternoon. The plumber called me before coming over (he was on-time). As he fixed the toilet he told me what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. I thought the price was reasonable and for sure I'd use these guys again.
