I had a backup of our main waste water drain and James came out on a Sunday afternoon. He was unable to find our clean out, but persevered and eventually snaked out the clog 95 feet down the pipe. He was polite and followed COVID protocols. I was not charged extra for the Sunday service. I will call these guys if I ever have a sewer need again.

I called on a Sunday afternoon and about an hour later they were at my door. I have tree roots that will block my sewer line and last time they did the snaking for me they recommended that I plan to have it done about every year an a half. They were right, it's now 1 1/2 years since that last visit and I needed the snaking done as my basement bathroom toilet wouldn't drain properly nd my shower was slow to drain. From past experience I knew that it would only get progressively worse in a very short amount of time. I'm so grateful that they were able to make it over so quickly and take care of the problem. Nate was very nice and did a great job. I also really appreciate that they don't charge more for weekend visits. Highly recommend their services!

They did the job wrong 5X, then complained that I was being too picky, bcuz I didn't want a public toilet seat (horseshoe type with no lid), in my house. The toilet they put in leaks water on the floor & instead of fixing it, they blocked me as a customer & won't even take my calls.

clogged toilet issue: the gentleman was unable to fix the clogged toilet on 3 separate visits, and would charge for each for the exact same problem that was not fixed the first time. Unimpressed with the quality of workmanship.

We had a clogged toilet, and they came within a 1/2 hour. Fast, efficient, friendly service. They even gave us a handout on how to avoid clogged drains of any kind in the future (i.e. best toilet paper brands etc.) Will use them again!

Same-day service, obviously knew how to check for a variety of problems and then solve the two I had, work cleaned up neatly, and both technician and assistant were polite and very clear about what they were doing, what I'd be charged for, and how to follow up if needed. I'd call the price 'low' for what I got! Will definitely call them again if I need them and recommend them to others.

We had a tub clog and leaking through our kitchen ceiling on the night before a holiday. They were extremely helpful in asking questions to diagnose the issue and provided guidance over the phone which allowed us to stop the leaking. Because of this we were able to schedule an appointment to fix the clog on a normal business day rather than paying double time that night or during a holiday. They arrived promptly, had everything taken care of within an hour, and charged a price that felt fair to us. They also cleaned up the mess after cutting damaged drywall out of the kitchen ceiling. I would use them again.
